I purchased a 3 level rental property that had to be gutted and renovated because it was in bad shape. Someone recommended JL Plumbing LLC to me. Jermaine and his team had to do major Plumbing work throughout the whole house(including the boiler room) before renovations could start. I interviewed 5 different contractors before choosing one of them to do the renovation. I must say all 5 of the contractors that came to the house love love the work Jermaine & his team did they all said great things about the Plumbing work done by JL Plumbing. Job well done JL Plumbing LLC👏🏾🙌🏾🎯👌🏽👍🏽 . Highly recommended😊

I am impressed with JL Plumbing LLC. They were recommended to me by a friend when I needed a new water heater. My basement had lots of water. They came immediately to assess the damage, took on the job close to 3:30 in the afternoon. They picked up a new water heater and got to work. Just plain professional. I recommend them and will use them again for any plumbing work.

They were at my door within two hours, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it for a reasonable price.Taking the stress out of a disaster!, Guys dont think about getting your work done now, you will not regret it, I highly recommend this Company 👌. They saved my bathroom was getting worse. My whole bathroom was leaking from the unit above. They came in an hour and finished this long lasting job in 3-4 hours. I'm glad everything is fixed and the water damage is repaired.

I called this company because my boiler stopped working, and I was told I needed a new one. I called JL Plumbing and spoke to Jermaine and he was very helpful. Turns out I didn't need a new one, but Jermaine was helpful in talking to me about what the problem could be. I will be keeping JL in my rolodex and using them when needed.

As a homeowner imagine your worst nightmare comes true; your pipes burst in the middle of the winter. If it isn't fixed by a reputable plumber you will incur fines and have no water or heat. Then imagine just how thankful you are because someone recommends you to JL Plumbing. Everyone in their organization treats you like you are their only customer; you are kept informed every step of the way and the company takes care of EVERYTHING for you. Their work is impeccable and you couldn't ask for better service or treatment.

I needed information about my water service line. They were very helpful and I appreciated the time they took to answer my questions.

I reached out to JL Plumbing after my brownstone kept flooding during heavy rain. Jermaine explained what was really going on and gave me a bunch of helpful options — like installing a backflow valve and possibly adding a dry well, and other ways to prevent water from coming up through the bathroom during storms.
I really appreciated how honest and knowledgeable he was. No pressure to buy anything, just solid advice and clear explanations. It’s rare to find a company this straightforward. I’d definitely recommend the company if you’re dealing with any kind of flooding or drainage problem!

Wednesday February 4th, one of the coldest days of the recent cold spell. The boiler sprung a leak. JL plumbing visited my house and accessed the situation. He promised that they would provide heat the next day and they did exactly that. A new boiler was installed, rusted pipes were replaced and a treatment was added to remove sediment that had built up. I’m very satisfied with the work that was done.

This place is amazing. I had no heat for a long time I was going through a program and had to wait a while. When I explained to this place that I was going through a program and I needed them to come and check my furnace to get a price on it they came quickly and submitted a proposal for the program. As soon as the program approved and sent the company an authorization Jermaine who works at this company called me and said he is coming over to help me get some heat today. He wasn’t going to let me go one day longer without heat. He is amazing. I have heat now I am so grateful to this company and Jermaine. Everybody there was so considerate and wanted to help me. If I could give 20 stars for this place I would. There compassion and understanding is amazing. I would recommend this place if you ever have plumbing issues.
