The plumbers of this company are available 24/7 365. There was a leak in our building on New Year's so the water was shut off. They arrived within a few hours and it only took them 45 minutes to fix the lines and get us the water back on! Thank you!

I see their trucks all over NYC, they told me that they service all 5 boroughs.

Absolutely terrific company. I've used them twice now -- once for a plumbing issue and once for a heating issue. Professional, transparent, knowledgeable, and extremely reasonable. Today, Matt resolved a heating issue with expertise and patience, fixing wiring errors and explaining everything. I could not be happier -- and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used P.H Works they did a fantastic job beautiful clean job. Workers was very nice And good people. My heater works very good. Fantastic works perfect people should use this company. Trust me. They’re good thank you again !

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs.

The guys that came were nice and talkative but notice that they definitely was trying to do the minimal work and I’m ok with a person bringing someone to train and teach him how to do things but they have to realize that people that train will mess up and they have to make sure to be ready to be able to fix it. That wasn’t the case for me they kinda did the job mess up the paint very bad and made the wall where they were working extremely dirty and didn’t bother to wipe it down or like I said fix it and charge me a full bill. Not doing business with them again.

Was extremely over charged by them, they damaged my couch and said it wasn't their fault. and the leak in my ceiling still isn't fixed!

Barely competent with their vehicles, let alone their pipes.

What a nightmare these guys are. First, their work was flawed. I had to bring in another plumber to fix a connection that leaked in the ceiling and created mold. Then bring in a drywall and painter. UGH . It was a simple they didn't screw it in place.

That said, they recently slapped a Stop Work notice on my house. I have not idea way. Our work was done 4 years ago. It has nothing to do with me and no I have a tacky sticker on my house. My guess is this is do to their incompetence, like I experienced in their plumbing work.

I'd stay away.

Service has gone way down hill. Used to provide quick and affordable service but now they show up hours late. Last time the problem was not fixed and could not come back for days so i could not use bathroom. I'd think twice and look to use someone else. Their service level has drastically dropped off
