I had a defective water tank heater that I purchased from this company. I reported the issue and sent them pictures of the defect. I followed up a week later and the manager said he sent the pictures and information to the manufacturer. It's now been over a month and I have not yet heard back from them. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they said no one ever reported the issue. The manager lied to me saying that he sent the pictures and information to the manufacturer. And he did not contact me back after I left a voice message and text. The customer service is horrible.
