Had an issue which, even as a knowledgeable consumer, I could have been persuaded was a big. expensive deal. Turns out, it was next to nothing and I received honest advice and a commensurately low bill. Jerry is the owner and the guy who does the work. Despite the record low temperature, he was at my door within 15 minutes of my call. I couldn't be happier and intend to more business with Peerless in the future.

Fantastic service! The technicians were friendly, arrived on time, and did a thorough job. My AC is running perfectly now. Highly recommended!

Save yourself the heartache. He was more than happy to take the money for install but 5 yrs later I called for service. 1 person operation so I left a msg. 30 times over 4 months. I NEVER received a response.
Turns out the problems I was having had to do with the install. Cost me $800 to get things fixed. Explains why he was not getting back to me.

The HE boiler installation was good, but as some other reviewers said, good luck getting any follow-up service or having Jerry return your calls. He installed a brand that nobody knows how to service. Moreover, he apparently piped it backwards, so even if it's working fine, nobody wants to touch it. The moment it fails because of lack of service, and that should be within 2-3 years of installation, I will need to buy a new unit. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
