Called company day before at house next day repaired boiler part heat came on. Other companies had to wait several days fortunate how fast he came to do repair. Nice personality, attentive responded to all questions asked about heating concerns . Highly recommended!

❄️Blizzard Elliott here in WNY 2022 (need I say more)...
We were without power⚡ and heat beginning the morning of Friday 12/23/22 . Power wasn't restored until the following Monday😢. When we returned to our home🏡 that Tuesday we realized that though we had had power, our furnance was running but not igniting🔥. Dave at The Cool Factory Heating & Cooling was referred by a friend. I had already called around and the earliest anyone was able to get to us was 7 days out😳!! I thought for sure Dave was going to have a similar timeline, given the circumstance❄️. I gave him a call and left a voicemail. He called me back within 5 minutes and said he could be here in an hour or so. He got here in less than 45 minutes! Even with roads as bad as they were! Not only that, but after testing a few things he had our furnance running again in less than an hour⏱️! He was a life saver! He was proffessional, fast, efficent, and affordable!💰

Great dependable and honest service. I messaged David today and he was able to come in afternoon and find the problem and fixed it within an hour. Very reasonable pricing. We will use him for any heating or cooling service in the future.

I called so many other companies so my ac can get maintenance everyone was booked and charging a fee to come out without servicing the system. So I called the cool factory the guy came out within a hour from my phone call serviced my problem within 10 minutes and the job was perfectly done and back working. I highly recommend this company and would call again if I had any other issues!

I sent an email for an estimate and Dave replied immediately. His price was under the previous estimate I had received. He and his worker were punctual, respectful and professional. He explained what I needed and delivered. I'm very happy with his service.

I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone. Dave was great! I needed someone in an emergency situation and he was there within 20 minutes! He finished the job quickly, was easy to communicate with and was very fair with his pricing!

I can't say enough good things about this company. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and found the best way to repair our furnace. They responded and came over to give an estimate on the same day l called. We set an appointment to do the repairs based on my work schedule and they showed up on time. Our system is older but they didn't give up. They got the system working well in a very cost efficient but effective way. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Dave is AWESOME! My furnace went out 2 days before the major snow storm and he came RIGHT out that evening! Once it was determined that I needed to replace the furnace, Dave made room on his schedule to get it installed BEFORE the snow storm hit! He is VERY professional and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Once again, Dave proves that he is the best HVAC contractor in the Buffalo area. He was able to remove my old furnace and install the new furnace in only four hours. Extremely reasonable pricing! I’m glad to have discovered The Cool Factory.

The day I called the company for help was the day they came out and fixed my old furnace. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and they provided great work and an honest opinion and a very reasonable quote. David Winiarski was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time and did a thorough job. I will not go to any other company. I cannot give a higher recommendation. If I could give 10 stars I would.

We contacted Dave regarding issues with our furnace and ac that another company installed less than 2 years ago. Without any hesitation he came out the same day to take a look at it. When he arrived I stated the issues and concerns that we were having. Dave took his time to look over both units and then explained to me what was wrong and all of our options, including going back to the original company with a list of things that would need to be fixed to possibly get our issues resolved. He also explained with no strings attached that it would have been very likely that our furnace and ac would fail prematurely due to the errors that were made from a different company. After hearing all of our options we chose to fully replace both units. Exactly one week after we initially called him, Dave and Jon came to install our brand new furnace and ac. We couldn't be happier with the decision to replace them. Dave was beyond understanding, fair, professional, reasonable and most of all he was always on time! I am so happy we found Dave and his company I will always call him if I ever have an issue.

Dave is very professional and a top notch technician. It’s very tough to find a person with work ethic like Dave.

Dave finished our basement from framing, installing drywall, wiring and installation of flooring. Though these are generally outside of his regular work, he did a top notch job and our basement looks better than our home built by Ryan homes (National builder).

You should be lucky if you could get Dave’s appointment to do any of your work. If you are reading this, without a thought Book a service with Dave. He has my top most recommendation.

Dave came by for routine AC maintenance/check up. Was very honest with his thoughts about the lack of need for annual maintenance (unless we were experiencing any issues). He didn't try to upsell on anything, just pointed out a piece that would probably be the next thing to go. But explained that it was not worth replacing until it was absolutely needed. Will definitely connect with Dave again for any future HVAC needs.

Amazing work! Dave was super friendly, professional, and worked with us on finding the right cooling solution for our home that was within our budget. We got a ductless mini split installed and Dave came out and got it up and running in a day.

My AC had not been working for longer than I'd like to admit, but I finally broke down to call to have it looked at. I looked at reviews in the area, and The Cool Factory had so many accounts of positive experiences that I decided to give it a try. I explained my situation and the troubleshooting that I've tried to Dave, and he had a pretty good idea of what I may be looking at. I have an older unit, and Dave laid out all my options, along with his suggestions, and was very helpful with the whole process. Ultimately, Dave got my house cool again, and I know who I will be calling for all of my future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
