There's not one thing I'd change. The oven passed the creme brulee test with flying colors. Bread is next. I've no concern for the outcome.

This range makes executing saute and searing, reductions, and cream sauces a dream. I never realized how easy French cuisine is to make with a quality simmer option. I do believe I've cooked every day since the delivery and bought two new cookbooks!

Thank you for your help in finding the perfect fit for me. My LeCreusette cookware glides across the top with ease. I can't wait to cook every day again.😊

Great showroom, wish I would've had this place to remodel my kitchen years ago! They carry top of the line appliances.
They also have culinary classes on the premises utilizing the brands they sell.

I have been wanting to update our kitchen and bathrooms for years and have gone to many kitchen/bath places with not much luck. On a whim, I stopped in at Artisan’s. I met with an incredibly talented designer, Jennifer Hutton, who made everything so easy. She planned out an incredibly beautiful design for our kitchen and bathrooms and helped me pick out all the very best products. She also recommended the contractor we used, Knabuilders, who have all been amazing! During the job, she stopped in many times to see how everything was going and was always there to assist with any concerns or questions we had. We are so very happy with everything and very grateful to Jennifer, Dave Knab and his excellent team of guys! They all did a fabulous job! We couldn’t have picked a better team! Thank you Jennifer, Dave, Jaime, and all the guys for everything!

I disagree with some of the comments here regarding poor customer service. They sold me a gas range 7 years ago based on its supposed longevity. The appliance was a very expensive article, and worked great until this past year. Two of the burners recently stopped working because the igniters were damaged, and I was unable to replace them myself or find parts anywhere on line. While we had some initial miscommunication, staff at AKB worked over the 4th of July weekend (while one of them was on vacation) to find a service provider that could put our range back in operation before our party. A great company to work with.

We are repeat customers of AAB after having them design our kitchen and supply appliances for that project and others.

We went in just before Christmas to replace our wash machine. We worked with Greg who showed us the models in our price range. We looked in the basement (ding and dent) and found a Speed Queen that was just above our limit. Greg pointed out that it was basically $700 off due to some tape residue and a dent the size of a half-dollar on the side. Note, that all the warrantees still applied fully.

We watched a bunch of youtube reviews of the model and purchased it.

The AAB team installed it professionally and took away the old washer.

There was a small snafu in the installation that caused the lid lock feature to malfunction. Greg came out to fix it himself, even though it was Christmas Eve day and stayed in great communication via text.

Moral of the story, this is a great place with excellent service. The basement appliances provide incredible value.

Salesperson Jon was a pleasure to work with, and very helpful. I was ordering a large range vent insert to this location that I couldn't get in Canada, and Jon was fantastic through the whole process. Kept me informed of arrival dates, and worked to make my cross-border experience a great one! Pick up was easy, very helpful warehouse staff to complete the process.

I would definitely recommend these folks for your kitchen and bath needs. Nice showroom too!!
