Everything was taken care of expertly. The action necessary to repair our boiler was explained to me. Was told if I had any problems to contact the service man directly. I highly recommend this company.

Kevin and Austin arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Very cheerful and professional, took time to listen to our concerns and rectified our issues promptly. Would recommend them to all my friends.

We had a tech come in to help with a routine cleaning. The tech was professional courteous and a pleasure to talk to. He and my husband hit it off. We are looking to them for possibly having an AC unit installed.. We totally recommend them.

Circulator was broken for our boiler. I called at 8:20 and John was at my house before 9. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Extremely happy with the quick response and the work done to restore heat to our house.

Kevin from the Service Dept was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The issue ended up not being an actual plumbing issue. (No repair or replacement of water lines or PVC lines). He acknowledged that no work was needed and ways to stop the multi floor water penetration, which was from resident error (overflowing the toilet etc.). I thought he easily could have said he’d replace everything and rack up a bill, but instead decided to be honest and offered his opinion on helping fix the real problem. Highly recommend PCS, I’ve used them in other projects as well.

We hired PCS to install a tank less hot water tank and a bathroom faucet. They also did an air conditioner and heating system check up. We found Chris and Charlie easy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful workers. Made us feel confident about making the correct choice in hiring PCS. We had a problem with the faucet we had installed and Charlie told us where to go to get the part that would fix the problem. We did what he said and installed the part ourselves...making it an easy fix. The result was perfect. We would hire them again and recommend at least letting them give you an estimate. We felt pricing was fair, and are very happy with the results.

Great service on the same day of our plumbing issue! Advised us on the correct repair and returned and preformed the job in quick order. If needed, we will be calling them in the future. Thank you PCS!

James Hodge from PCS Plumbing & Heating came out to my house this evening for backed up washtubs in the basement. I called & James was at my house within 40 minutes. He ran a snake from the outside main drain. He did that a few times adding more footage to the snake. He went in the basement & plunged in the basin & the water drained. Thank you so much. James was very friendly & I am very pleased with his work. I highly recommend PCS Plumbing. Thank you.

Highly professional, will level with you like human. Did fantastic work on my new gas lines for a good price and are true to their word. Will be going back to them for my plumbing needs and recommending them to my friends

Our Technician Kevin Doyle was personable and very efficient. He explained all of the work involved with our service call in detail so there were no surprises. We felt very comfortable having him in our home!

PCS was awesome!! Sean, the technician was polite and a joy to talk to. He swapped out our toilet and solved our problems in no time and took away old toilet and box from new toilet so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Awesome job!!!

I had a sink issue so I called PCS Plumbing and Mike arrived at my house within 15 minutes. He was very professional explaining the problem and he repaired the sink within the hour for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Called PCS plumbing because my shower valve was leaking bad and pouring out hot water. No shut offs were ever installed on this house so you had to turn off the main water. However this was feeling our boiler for heat and that’s not possible when it’s winter and snowing. Ryan was excellent and said he would send a serviceman out tomorrow. Chris the plumber came out and I described what I wanted done.
He completed the job perfectly and I was very pleased. Excellent service people who do what they say and with great pride. Thank you guys. I will use you guys again. Don From west Seneca

I called PCS because of a back up into my basement utility tub. Mike came on a freezing cold day & snaked the entire line inside & outside. He was pleasant & answered all our questions despite the outside conditions. The line is freely draining to the sewer now. He did a great job! I would definitely recommend PCS Plumbing.

Troy Kendon from PCS plumbing and heating did a fantastic job today helping with a sewer line issue. I would request him again for any future issues or plumbing needs. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable on a variety of plumbing topics we discussed. I will be using PCS again for some potential upcoming projects I would like to complete.

Needed a hot water tank ASAP after it started leaking. PCS got a guy out fast and the work was well done. Ryan in the office is awesome. Jared did the work and was polite and professional. Not the first time I’ve used PCS and won’t be the last. Highly recommend.

If I could give a ten star ⭐️ I would. Chris has great customer care presentation. He was intentional on how he explained the direction I should go to resolve our water softener concerns. His assessment was thorough and he gave guidance on what our next steps would be! I was very satisfied with his services.

Guys were great today. Jon the tech was clean and courteous. Called at 2pm was flushing toilets by 5pm same day. (Don't think this always happens, guy happened to live in my neighborhood) weather just started getting crappy too. Pun intended. Thanks again PCS will use again.

We had a tankless water heater installed. John and his son Austin did a beautiful job,they removed the old tank, and they were really nice and accommodating. Super experience all around. I highly recommend them!
