We had a monster tree that needed to be removed. It was in between our house and the neighbor's, so it was not an easy one to get to. They effortlessly took that tree down in one day!
The cleanup was amazing. It was spotless to the point that you would even know a tree had been removed. Rob and Courtney are so efficient and professional. Highly recommend.
Two of our neighbors have since used them as well because of what a great job they did.

Rob is a true professional. He is reliable and willing to go the "extra mile" in his services (even helping me put my 25' flagpole up with his boom truck!). We have had several positive experiences with tree removal, and stump removal. His work is quick, efficient, and safe. His clean-up is equally quick and efficient and extremely thorough. Second time coming out to the house to remove a very large (50 foot) tree blown over onto the house by an extreme wind storm. Did a great job, safely, efficiently and professionally. Not too many tree service companies with the know how and state of the art equipment to get that kind of job done here in the Finger Lakes!

I called RM to have 3 trees taken down and one trimmed, I also needed 2 stumps removed from very large trees. These guys came in and 2 days later had everything done and our yard looked better than when they came, 100% would recommend RM Tree Service.

We had a downed tree that landed on our garage and left a huge mess in our backyard. Rob responded to our call immediately and was able to start work the same day. The tree was cleaned up and gone in a few days, like it had never happened. He even tarped the damaged roof of the garage for us. RM tree service did and absolute amazing job on our trees. We had them leave the trees for firewood and remove the brush. When I came home it looked like someone had cleaned my backyard, I swear they left it cleaner then when I left. They stacked the wood so nice and neat. I highly recommend this company.

We had a large maple that was in danger of falling on house. Rob came immediately to see what we were talking about, saw the dangerous risk to house and provided us a quote that was very competitive. But, what set Rob apart from others was his ability to reschedule other clients to take care of our pending dangerous tree that was ready to fall at any moment. RM Tree Service has done a wonderful job on my trees and shrubs on two separate occasions. A couple of years ago they trimmed my huge buckeye tree and stabilized it with a band. I called Rob to check on this tree and to do several other tree and shrub jobs. The buckeye tree is doing well and currently needs no attention. Most recently, they removed several Yews, trimmed e few other ornamental shrubs, removed a large pear tree, and a smaller tree, and trimmed several other trees. They are professional, safety conscious, and so pleasant to work with. I happily and highly recommend this team!
