Jesse came and troubleshooted why my garage had no power and replaced bad fuse I didn't know I had tucked away in a corner and explained what to do in case it happens again. Thank you!

I called at least 10 electricians and only Zacher responded. The electrician quickly diagnosed the problem and checked to make sure everything else was fine.

Zacher Electric came through for me in a Saturday night when all the other electricians were either out for the weekend or charging ENORMOUS rates just to show up. The on-call tech (Adam) took the time to troubleshoot with me over the phone before I'd paid a cent. The main circuit breaker in our house was corroded and we didn't know it - one afternoon we lost power to the whole house. My husband works from home so this was a major problem for us. We called late afternoon, they came out that same day with no additional charges. Bob was the electrician and he was very knowledgeable. He did the job quickly, equalling only one hour of labor and parts! Definitely recommend this company.

I've used Zacher for years for my business and home electrical repair. They always come out quickly, do a great job and are very reasonably priced. Today I called at 130 and they had an electrician to my home by 400. You don't get that kind of service anymore

I would highly recommend Zachery for any electrical needs. I had a problem with a pool motor and they were at my home within about two hours. Repairs were done quickly and professionally. Awesome service, very professional, top notch services.

My experience began over a weekend when the business was closed. I did not have an emergency, just flickering lights. I reached out via the company's website figuring I would have to call on Monday anyway. I was pleasantly surprised with both an email and a friendly call on Monday. I spoke to an angel named Annette who listened carefully while I explained my issue and then asked appropriate questions. She scheduled an appointment at my convenience. That brought Matt to my residence. He diagnosed and fixed the problem professionally and quickly. He even replaced a faulty ceiling fixture for me. From start to finish, everything was positive. I have not seen the tiniest flicker since. Would I recommend them? You bet!

Just had our electric updated by this company and they were AWESOME, Kevin and Mike were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing and kept us updated on what they were doing, Andrea Boivin and her husband will definitely refer them to everyone and we will definitely call them ourselves to do any additional work on our home, thank you guys so much for the great job and the pleasant experience, of taking care of us, two thumbs up!!

Issue started late at night and I couldn't figure it out and was worried about safety, so I called hoping to leave a message and I was able to do so. (There is also an option for emergencies 24/7 fyi.) The following morning I received a call early and they were able to come out the same day which I was super happy about. The issue was discovered and repaired, made safe and while he was here he was able to fix another issue I was concerned about as well. I am happy about my experience with this company start to finish.

Called Zacher Electric to install hot tub. Electrician Mike came to our home smiling and on time. His level of service was excellent. He had a very difficult job to do, crawling under a very small crawl space under the addition of our house in order to have the install comply with very stringent town codes. When he left he was physically exhausted but still smiling. We got compliments from the hot tub company the next day on the quality of the install. Highly recommend Mike with Zacher.

These guys show up FAST when you need them. They've saved our butts more times than I can count when we were remodeling and moving equipment around and needed to keep things running. Their people are reliable, polite and thoughtful -- I never worry about them doing work in areas where we have people still working at their desks. They are aware of putting our business first and never just turn off breakers without asking. They always leave the electrical system better than they found it by consolidating, cleaning out dead lines, simplifying runs and making things more efficient. They are on time, on-spec and on budget - every time. Their prices are reasonable and they tell you up front so there are no surprises.

I'm actually kinda worried about posting this because when everyone finds out how amazing they are, I'll probably have to wait in line!!! LOL

Actually - since Zacher puts customer service first, that probably won't ever happen either. We've been using their services for more than a decade and I recommend them to anyone who needs commercial or residential electrical work done.

I had to have a new electrical panel installed, all of my electrical outlets, switches, and lights needed to have purple connectors installed. Since I had to have all that work done, I had some lights replaced and upgraded, some cable and internet outlets installed, fire alarms upgraded and some custom zoned lights with switches in the basement.

I got an amazingly affordable price and since the owner is also a volunteer fireman, I know the safety concerns were all addressed top notch.

The crew was very smart, very personable, prompt, communicative and friendly. They did an amazing job and if I ever need any electrical work done on my house it will be Zacher Electric. They'll always be my top recommendation.
