Had a really good experience from the time I called about my A/C not working to completion of job with a/c running was around 4 hours , which is amazing to me , especially on a day of 86° ........ all for under 400 . Thank you Shawn / Central !!!!

Central heating and cooling were more than I expected the guys that put my furnace in were very knowledgeable and friendly did a fantastic job the owner came by to check on the job maurice the owner builta frame around my furnace what a beautiful job he did the wood frame looks fantastic way better than a metal frame I'm so glad I chose central heating and cooling I'd recommend this first class company to everyone you won't be disappointed. I have been with Central Heating and Cooling for 20 years. The installers are excellent, efficient, trustworthy and have up to date training! The 24 hour service is wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone.

Patrick was the technician who was extremely professional cleaning our furnace and installing a new filter. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and provided us with a status report on the condition of our furnace and air conditioning unit.

Can we have six stars just for Central Heating and Cooling? (in particular, Patrick). Not only is he polite, professional and expert at his craft, he took the time to address a completely different (plumbing) issue I was having. My landlord was not able to attend to it until the following day so Patrick's outstanding over-the-top customer service cannot be covered by the highest five-star rating.

Patrick Devine was amazing! He was very nice extremely professional and knowledgeable. I love Central ! We will definitely have them come out in the spring for the Airconditioning. We will have them install a new furnace and humidifier. I give my highest recommendation. Ask for Patrick ! Sincerely, lori ginley

The office staff was friendly and helpful. The technicians were professional, courteous, focused on the job, on time and cleaned up the work area. Prices are on par with other companies out there. I wanted a Rheem furnace and central air unit since I had zero issues with my 21 yr. old Ruud A/C unit. Rheem and Ruud are the same company btw. Central Heating and Cooling are one of the few companies that carry Rheem products. Thank you CH&C Inc.!

Needed them in a pinch for a no heat situation and called them after another provider bailed on me. These guys were there in 45 minutes and fixed issue in 10 minutes. Their weekend fee was very reasonable compared to Jameson($199) and Zenner and Ritter ($269). Nice to see a place out there not gouging people and providing timely service - A++

Central Heating has been servicing my two furnaces for several years. They are prompt, courteous, and fairly priced. I use the pre-paid service agreement and they call to remind me, which is appreciated.

We have Maurice yearly maintenance for the past 25 years. He has also installed an air conditioner and most recently a Generator. It doesnt matter if Maurice comes or one of his technitions. The job is always done perfectly.
They are very professional and clean. I’ve recommended them several times. You won’t be disappointed!!!

We are very happy with our new furnace installed by Central heating and cooling at 2210 William St. Cheektowaga. The Young men that installed it Dan, Bradon and owner Maurice were wonderful and very patient with all our questions. I would highly recommend them for any of your heating or cooling needs

In 2008 and 2009, Central Heating and Cooling installed 2 furnaces in my home, which is a double. Since then, I have had the most wonderful service, and I am grateful.

Today, I noticed that my furnace was making a noise, and I called right away. Ivica, who has been here before, was here within the hour. I'm going to need another furnace, and I'm happy that Central Heating will be doing the job!

I have always had prompt service, with good and helpful advice, coming from knowledgeable technitions who know how to get the job done. I want to give a special thanks to Ivica. As I said before, he has been here several times, and has been absolutely wonderful!

Work was done in a timely manner. All of the technicians were very good and clearly knew what they were doing throughout the process. We were extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company. Thank you for a job well done!

Initially a repair was successfully done but determined 26 year old furnace needed to be replaced. Technicians were at my house to replace furnace and perform some additional repairs within 48 hours. Excellent service and excellent technicians
