Franks is a very reliable pool service.They ALWAYS pick up the call or return it within minutes.I have a cliffside pool and it is very challenging as water pressure is quite low. Frank always leaves my pool SPOTLESS. He is also very knowledgable about the latest pool technology and was a huge help with our new pool.I have used them for 2 years and NEVER had a problem he couldn't take care of immediately. Forever grateful for the kind service!!

Missed multiple appointments and barely communicates, look elsewhere.

To be clear, I had no service performed.

Terrible customer service. Never returns calls and impossible to get repairs scheduled.
