Had a new Lennox furnace and compressor installed by Zack at Premium Comfort Systems. We received multiple quotes and Premium had a competitive quote with what seemed like the most knowledgeable and honest technician. The install took a day and a half and went very smoothly. Would go back to them again for installs and service.

Zack called me back immediately. He gave me some suggestions of what might be causing my issues. I tried them, and still had some trouble. He called me back once more and walked me through one more thing. Bam that worked. He was great. I will call him again. Much appreciated!!!!

Zach came to the rescue when my AC went down in the middle of a heat wave. His response was prompt and repairs made quickly to save me from the heat. I so appreciate his business, especially coming out after hours and on the weekend to help me.

Zach called immediately after I left a message and told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it myself. It was great he really knows his heating systems. With in an hour my heater was back running with his guidance.

Premium Comfort System was a life saver for us! We called them due to the fact that we had no heat and our house was freezing! Zach responded right away and ended up replacing out furnace and AC unit that was 31 years old. His price was more than fair and we trusted him in our home.
