I had Dave come to my house, where he spent over an hour identifying and correcting my plumbing issues. He was professional and very concerned with resolving my problem. I would highly recommend him and have him return to my home for my plumbing issues.

Jim was great! He was nice, knowledgeable and attentive. He really took his time to help us with our problem and I greatly appreciate him. We will definitely be calling him again for anything that we need.

Have had Benjamin Franklin work at our place a few times in recent years. All the men have been terrific. Very courteous and professional. Great communication and I trust the work is solid. Very comfortable to have in the house. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my boiler and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Chris Seppe, the plumber, was excellent—he quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything rolling. George, the owner/manager, personally delivered the replacement part in less than an hour. By midday, the repair was complete, and I had heat and hot water again. Both Chris and George were incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional. I’ve been using their annual service and will absolutely continue to do so. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for their outstanding service and reliability!

Had an "emergency" this morning with the faucet in the kitchen sink....called Ben Franklin Plumbing and got immediate help. Jim arrived, assessed the problem and discussed our options and the cost of each. We made a decision and Jim went right to work fixing the issue. We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing for more than 20 years and have always been extremely satisfied with their professionalism and work.

I made an appointment in advance. They called the day before and morning of. He came shortly into the window they told me. He assessed the problem, gave me the options, and got to work quickly. Professional and polite. Very happy with the service and as a prior customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing I have been very happy with the quality. I will use them again if I have the need.

Arrived ASAP after calling the office. Billing explained very well with various plans. Mike went to work determining where the leak was coming from. Was inside the wall of a condo built in 1972. Gave a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and estimate. Started working on repairing and James came later to assist. Both very professional. Cleaned up too! Could not ask for better service. Highly recommend! Will call again if any future issues with plumbing.

We thought we had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Instead we had a serious waste water pipe problem. We've had less than good experiences with plumbers in the past, so I decided to give Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Deer Park a try. We were lucky we did. Nick showed up 15 minutes after we called. He assessed the situation and determined serious work would be needed. Nick provided an accurate estimate of the cost of repairs. He called Daniel to assist him and together they went to work. Both were knowledgeable and experienced. They were friendly and their work was excellent, professional and efficient. They were very neat and careful of our home and property. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be who we call if we ever need a plumber in the future. Without reservations we recommend them to our friends and family.

Messed up my tub drain trying to fix it myself, called at 5am distraught, they made me an appointment for 8-12 and Jim showed up around 830. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and transparent through every step. He did the full repair in under 4 hours and I couldn't be happier with the results. It looks great, he left no mess and most importantly everything works perfectly. 10/10

My Technician Chris was excellent and explained all my options available for replacement. Installation was quick and clean. Easy to book appointment, great communication from co about what time plumber was arriving, etc. Plumber was great, explained everything clearly, was neat and careful in my home. Job was completed in timely manner and the workspace was left more clean than it was when he arrived!

Our plumber, James, was exceptionally nice! He explained everything very clearly and was very efficient. I thought the price for what was done, including the pricing for possible future projects, was expensive, but I needed the job done quickly and they a fine job.

Dave was great!!! Friendly and courteous. Assessed the situation quickly. Offered alternatives. He was sensitive to our budget. Did a fantastic job! And now we are Ben Franklin members!!
