PPR is just the best hands down. The owner seemed very down to earth and approachable. Definitely not one of those "fly-by-night, here today gone tomorrow" type companies. Thank the plumbing gods for PPR ! My basement looked like a sewage bomb went off in it. After the line was cleaned we discussed ways to mitigate the problem from reoccurring. Quick reliable knowledgeable folks!

I have used Professional Plumbing Resources three times now and cannot recommend them enough. Adam installed my sump pump for a better price than any one I found in the area and he did such an amazing job- I swear the area was cleaner after he was done than before he came. Liam has installed a new shower valve for me as well, which has been such a nice update over my outdated three valve system. No matter if it’s on the job or just giving a quote, you can except an honest price. They are great at answering questions and explaining what needs to be done. There’s no one else I will call for any plumbing services

Highly recommend the guys at PPR. I've used them 3x times now for various jobs. All of their technicians have been extremely professional and done a nice job. The pricing even came back better than a couple of the larger companies in the area. Solid all around. I'll certainly be using them for any future needs

Excellent service. Good people .Our basement was flooding. They came right out and spent five days at our home putting drain tiles and a new sump pump throughout the entire basement. Very neat. organized and thorough. they showed up each day bright and early. we are now bone dry and very happy.

I have used PPR on several occasions. All work was done on time, and to perfection. In fact I've been so satisfied that I've recommended them to close friends and my family. The quality and pride in their work shows.

I can’t recommend enough ! These gentlemen have been out to my house twice now , they have done phenomenal work . I can’t begin to express how happy I am with the work they have done . 10/10 . Call them for anything ! They’re awesome !

Best experience I’ve ever had with a company and a person. LIAM is absolutely fantastic and such an honest person. After Roto-Rooter came out and quoted me $8000 to fix a house main trap because it was “” broken””” Liam came out, inspected my pipes and assured me nothing was broken to the point of replacing immediately and that it could be cleaned and fixed. After explaining to me, what was wrong and fixing my issue I was charged $300. When my main pipe needs to be fixed, I will be using him for it (it will need to be fixed) but when it does he’ll be my guy! Can’t recommend enough.

These guys are phenomenal at what they do in every sense. I had a large variety of plumbing issues that needed to be addressed- and they tended to each one with accuracy and professionalism. They scheduled and completed the work around my schedule in a timely manner and the prices were absolutely reasonable. I would not recommend calling any other company for plumbing needs! This one is the one to call.

These guys were extremely responsive. They came recommended by a friend who also had multiple plumbers not return any phone calls. They don't typically service our area, but went out of their way to do so knowing we were in a bind with our septic pump burning out and needing a replacement. They also were professional and friendly while they worked. They made needed upgrades to our system and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

After 2 other plumbing companies offered their diagnosis, I called PPR and Adam came out to diagnose the problem. I was told by two previous plumbing companies that the sewer trap was plugged and they could not get their snake through. PPR was able to do what two previous plumbers said could not be done. He unclogged the sewer and offered all the facts so I could make an informed decision on how to move forward. The9mm work was performed, completed and billed exactly as I was quoted. Adam went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and informed. Upon completion, he took the time to make sure his work area was clean and left it in better condition than when he arrived. Its refreshing to know Professional Plumbing Resources is a company who does what they say. They will be first call next time I need service. A job well done.

I am not the type to write a review, but PPR gave me a good reason to do so. LIAM is the man! Very professional and polite. I had a main water leak in my basement that required immediate attention which involved the Erie County water authority and Liam responded quickly to my call. He was very patient and waited for the water authority to shut the main valve off. Long story short, he fixed the issue and treated it as if he was working on his own home. You don't find too many plumbers out here like that in this day and age! The price was VERY fair compared to most competitors! I will use this company going forward for any issues and not even think about calling those name big name brand plumber companies! If you want honesty, professionalism, and a company that’s not out to get you for your money, contact PPR. Thanks again Liam!

Adam and Jarrett were on time, efficient, very pleasant and left our basement clean. We were very happy with their service and give them the highest recommendation.

Our main line was completely blocked. The PPR squad came out with the hydrojetter solved the problem in a couple hours. They also recommend and installed a cleanout incase the problem ever occurs again! If it does, they will be getting the buisness! Highly reccomend this team!

I cannot recommend PPR enough! I called other plumbing places and would have to pay a fee to have them come out for an estimate, PPR offers free estimates! I had Adam and Jarrett come out to my house for my bathroom renovation. They explained the process of what needed to be done and gave me the price before work began. They scheduled me fast and kept in timeline with my project. The communication with this company is above average to most, they always kept me informed. The work they did was wonderful and my bathroom turned out just the way I dreamed of. I use them for any plumbing needs I have. They also came back to replace my basement bathroom faucet and fixed my drain. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Great local guys with a hard working team and fair pricing.
