They came out,looked at the work that was done by Gutterking and they were not impressed.roof needs fixing&they will fix the gutter leak as well.Great estimate,was pleased !

Lj construction has great guys tht work hard an care about there work.they really live up to there slogan the honest contractor.lj construction really is the best way to go if u want quality an honest work..

Had great Experience. Workers were polite. They were careful of the floors and stairs. Job was done ahead of Schedule and in budget. They left the house clean. Love our new Bathroom!

LJ seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy when he gave me a quote. His crew was very nice. The previous company did sub-par work on the roof and installing new windows. LJ fixed the problems and the price was less than I thought it was going to be. I will only call LJ from now on!

A little over a year ago, 70 mph winds tore up my roof shingles pretty badly. My wife saw work being done down the street by Lucas, and asked him to quote the repair. He provided a fair quote, and we gave him the OK to proceed with the repair. His crew stopped out on a SUNDAY to make our roof watertight, and ordered up replacement shingles that we picked. They proceeded with re-roofing our entire house, got it done quickly, and we were happy with the results.
But, here's the kicker- Lucas was not happy... he found some shingles that weren't manufactured as well as they should have been, and offered to replace them, no charge to me. He could have walked away with his money, and we would never have seen the flaws. That impressed me. The other thing that impressed me was during the windstorm of 4/4/18, thousands of people in Erie County (including me) lost power. The shingles on my next door neighbor's house took a pounding, but ours held tight. Not a single loose shingle on the whole roof.
This guy does good work, he's fair, and he's honest. The quality of his work passed a real-world test with flying colors.
I cannot overstate how happy we were that he did our work.

Had a complete tear off and roof replacement and were very satisfied with the quality of the work. The crew was on time and very neat. The owner (Lucas) came back to inspect the work when they were done. The pricing was fair and we would not hesitate to recommend and use their services in the future.

I called LJ Constuction for the first time when the gas company had suddenly shut off the gas on a pregnant tenant in 18 degree weather citing unspecified "gas leaks".
I believe Lucas himself answered the phone, and when he heard the situation he turned his car around and was at the property within 15 minutes. This was for small repair for a first time client he had never done business with before, not a longstanding client with multiple properties and a big account.

He quoted me a very reasonable price, was polite and helpful to my tenant, and followed up after the repair to ensure the gas company was able to turn the gas back on.

As a landlord it is vital to find responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced contractors who will do quality work and treat your tenants with respect. After my first experience with LJ Construction, they will be my first call for anything I need. Hopefully in 10 years I will be that longstanding client with 50 properties and a huge account, and I will continue to give my business to the contractor who treated me so well when I was just starting out.

Our house had wind damage that needed repair. Within a day of contacting LJ Construction, Lucas had his team out and fixing the damage. The work looks great and it is as good as new again. We highly recommend using LJ Construction for any home repair needs. They will be our go-to in the future.

LJ Construction replaced our roof, remodeled two bathrooms and replaced most of plumbing in an aging house. The owner and all crew were professional throughout. All initial concerns were answered thoroughly and honestly. Prices were very competitive and significant extra work was performed at no charge. The crew often fixed minor problems that were not part of original contract. All work was high quality and thorough follow up until we were satisfied. I have already recommended them to two friends.

We had an excellent experience with LJ Construction. The job turned out to require more work than anticipated, but they did the job without charging extra. And then they did work beyond the contract because they wanted it done right. To be specific, they did a roof removal and replacement on a steep second floor roof along with a first floor extension. They worked through high winds and some precipitation. The workmen were pleasant, and careful to keep the sides of the house close to the neighbors as clear of debris as possible throughout the work. They also made two upper floor window repairs (without cost) because they obviously needed to be done. Once the new roof was on they took the time to restore the front garden. A few days later, gutters on the first floor extension were added. I would consider LJ for any future home remodeling, and I highly recommend them.

Recently I had my roof replaced by LJ Construction. I can say only good things about the quality of the work performed and the entire experience. While awaiting to be scheduled, a wind storm took off a few shingle caps when I was out of town. He had someone out the next day to provide a temporary fix. Heh...when Lucas did the estimating, he even saw some debris in my gutter and hand cleaned. This is an honest company with strong ethics and will provide fair value on workmanship and materials. Give them a call and an opportunity to win your business!

I was very impressed with LJ Construction. I called to get an estimate on my roof. Lucas came over and explained everything to me thoroughly I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He said it would be about 3 weeks before starting the job. He stayed intouch with me throughout the 3 weeks to reassure me that the job would be done correctly. All went well. He had the dumpster here on time at 8 am along with his crew. These guys worked 3 straight days. They were all very polite; definitely hard workers. There was an issue with our chimney. Lucas addressed it immediately and they rebuilt it as soon as the roof was complete. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof. Definitely a trustworthy company. I'm not really one to write reviews but these guys exceeded my expectations and they deserve to be recognized. I will definitely be calling them back for further work. They also do interior remodeling as well. Thank you LJ Construction. You guys are awesome!

What a great choice of professionals I chose to complete my bathroom shower upgrade & tub removal. Lucas & his team were excellent in every aspect of getting the job done. Nice to work with & consulted with us to make sure we were happy. Needing a hip replacement I may never have, I needed to feel safe & secure getting in/out of shower. They provided that to me in a beautiful way. Could not be happier! Lucas called the next day to make sure we were happy. Don’t hesitate — call LJ Construction!

This company did some work for my neighbor but failed to clean up the loose shingles afterwards. I had debris from my neighbor's roof strewn across my property. Shoddy and incomplete job

LJ Construction replaced my roof. I did a complete tear off since I had a leak on the old roof and wanted to make sure they could resolve that. I specifically identified the location of the leak so that they would resolve the issue. Five years later, I had another leak in the same spot. They came to "fix" it, but were here for less than 15 minutes, so I'm not quite sure what they could have done. Two years after that, I had another leak in the same spot and a new leak in a different spot. Roof is still less than 10 years old.

Update: Still finding leaks everywhere. Absolute crap work. I'll probably have to have the roof re-done.
