Green tree construction Inc is a A1 company that lies with quality work ,awesome customer services and reliable trades men who know their work . I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work on their home whether roof interior design or exterior remodeling.

Greentree provided a good quality product at a great price. They were very responsive and took care of residual issues right away. On bathroom fixtures and sink tops we gave them the liberty to choose and they were right on point style wise. I would definitely recommend their contracting services.

This my second project with Greentree and again excellent work and great communication! Just renovated my basement and man it came out great . Peter (owner) and Sabrina and crew did a great job hats off to them . Sabrina worked with me from the beginning to the end . I didn’t have a vision but man she gave me some great options and working with peter and Vinny things went smooth ! Planning out my next project and u know who I’m calling !!!!

GreenTree Construction, Inc. did work on the back of the house: cemented, patched holes, provided sealant, etc. to cover up holes and leakage areas. They also removed awning in backyard and they supplied and installed a new aluminum awning. The workers were on time, very professional and took special care in doing the job right. Peter came by and checked the work. In addition, Dan came by to check the awning to see if it was done right. They were very satisfied and so was I! Now they are going to supply and install 6 awnings to the back of the house. I am so pleased with their professional workmanship, timely manner and would certainly use them again.

We got our roof and siding done with Greentree Construction. Peter sat with us and went through everything in detail on the roof products and siding and how much each would cost or all together. When the construction guy arrived they were all very polite and started to work immediately. They lay down the tarps and started to work. When the house was done they clean up after themselves. It was a very emotional time, the house was beautiful. Thank you Greentree Construction for everything.

I had an amazing experience with this company. Mike and his workers did a great Job for a reasonable price on changing my roof. They are very friendly and did an excellent Job! They changed my roof in a single day. I highly recommend them and planning to hire them for my up coming Jobs as well!

Let start by saying my wife and I bought a house 3 years ago in the Bronx. It needed a little work so I’ve work with a couple of different contractors in the past 3 years, and let me say that Greentree is heads and shoulders above all of them. Peter the owner is down to earth, easy to talk to and is in constant contact with you giving you scheduling updates. It’s good to have the owner as involved as he is. His workers come on time very professional and respectable, especially Steve who is primarily the man working on our project, talk about hard-working, very professional never seen a guy do as much as he did Considering he had to work alone due to the social distancing that the governor put on construction, you couldn’t have two people working within 6 feet of each other. Let me finish by saying I never ever write reviews but I felt obligated to write a review due to the great work they provided. I’m going to have other projects in the future and I’m glad I found a company I know I could go to.

Greentree Construction put Shake siding on my entire home. The work was absolutely exceptional! Everything from the quality of the materials used to the professionalism of the workers exceeded my expectations. Peter, our project manager answered all of our questions and addressed our every concern. People literally stop in their cars when driving by and compliment my home. We will definitely be working with Greentree on future projects and would recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful quality work for a fair price.

My family & I learned about GreenTree Construction, Inc. from one of the company’s flyers hung over our house gate. When we were ready to try GreenTree we were pleased by the customer service representative’s pleasant manner. He was professional, friendly & polite. He asked the right questions to initially help clarify & record the type of construction work that we needed done.

About a day later, I was contacted by one of GreenTree’s contractors, Mike B. An appointment to visit the property was made & Mike arrived ready to listen to our concerns & made reasonable recommendations. His advice was to remove the old roof & create a new one. He brought photos to explain GreenTree’s thorough roofing process. Mike had a trustworthy manner & negotiated a fair price to install/create a strong, multilayered roof that would last for many years & also included a warranty.

On a designated rain free day, the focused, friendly & cooperative team of construction workers/roofers arrived the same time the variety of roofing materials were delivered. The team of roofers worked from 8:40am until 7:30pm with an hour lunch break. The team worked non stop to create a new roof & removed all debris. The roofers finished laying a new roof in one day, which was the day before remnants of Hurricane Henri was scheduled to arrive in New York & two weeks before the torrential downpours of Tropical Storm Ida hit NYC.

Great news, the newly installed roof worked! Zero leaks!!! Thanks GreenTree: Mike B & all the supportive hardworking networks of workers responsible for a job well done!

Please note that on another day, Mike arranged for a separate highly trained crew to install new gutters.

Question: Would I use this company again? Yes!! Would I want to work with Mike B. again? Absolutely!! Thanks Mike!!

We are very happy with our new roof. Peter and his team amazed us by removing the old roof and installing the new -- all in one day! (Gutters were added the next day). Living in a high-density area in the Bronx, we were concerned with our neighbors' homes since they are so close to ours, but the team did a good job of protecting both our and their homes. Tarps were put up and no one left until the ground area around all the homes were cleaned up of all debris.

I had my whole roof done this past April and greentree construction did a great job. They explained the whole process before they started their work including how the roof will put will protect my house from leaks for a lifetime. I was also given payment options and I was very happy. I trust them because they take care of their customers like their own friends and family.

Peter and his team at GreenTree Construction did an excellent job of replacing my roof and gutters. The project price was more than fair. His team was punctual, kept a clean and organized work area, and completed the job as proposed. I will definitely hire GreenTree Construction for future projects at my home.

I love Greentree!! They did a bathroom renovation and installed a new staircase, and both look amazing. The crew was super professional and courteous; they finished the job in ~3 weeks, which was much quicker than I expected. I now have a beautiful, sturdy, safe staircase, and my husband says he feels like he's in a different house whenever he's in the bathroom!! As a bonus, when Carlos installed the staircase, he also fixed my hallway door, which wasn't closing properly. I have another bathroom and basement that need to be renovated, and I would absolutely use Greentree again.

Just had Pete and the guys at green tree redo my homes siding. The team arrived early got right to work were friendly and responsive to what i wanted. Professional crew did an outstanding job home looks fantastic.They cleaned up everything when they were done aswell. Would recommend to anyone, will use again for sure.

Green Tree Construction did a great job installing all the windows in my house. I made an appointment and the person showed up. We discussed pricing and they sent over someone to measure. The windows were ready in two weeks, all custom made. They came the next week and installed it. It was a easy as 1,2,3. No complaints.

I hired GreenTree Construction to handle the renovation of my 2 bedroom apartment earlier this year. Mike and the professionals at GreenTree were an absolute pleasure to work with. Being a 1st time homeowner and going through a renovation could be a daunting task but Mike walked me through every single piece of work that was being done and was available to talk countless times about the progress of the job. I absolutely LOVE this company. I just had a gut Reno for my bathroom. My bathroom was full of mold. On top of that, the faucet in the tub didn’t shut off all the way. So the water just kept running. No matter how hard I tried to turn it off. It was so annoying. I decided it was time to get the bathroom redone.

I looked into a few companies. Price range they came in the middle.I decided to go with Green Tree because of the vibe that I got. When Peter came for the consultation I didn’t feel like he was trying to jerk me around. He advised what could and couldn’t be done. He knew what he was talking about and I appreciate that.

Let’s talk about Sabrina. She is the absolute best. I LOVE her. She coordinated the job with me from beginning to end. I’ve never met her, but it’s like I’ve known her forever. As if she was one of my friends. I appreciate all of her help. It was a pleasure working with her. She was a big help especially when it came to my vanity. She also had her brother pick up the tiles. I so appreciated that.

Alfredo was excellent. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I was ok with it. His work is impeccable.

Marco, the tile guy was excellent as well. I love his attention to detail.

I would highly recommend Green Tree Construction. After interviewing many contractors we felt Mike, the owner, was the most straightforward and fair priced. We hired Green Tree to remodel our kitchen and dining room into an open concept, as well as the powder room. We later went on to do our full bath. Every phase of the project was handled by experts in their field, starting from the demo to the finishing touches. The whole project was completed to our satisfaction. Any questions and concerns were addressed immediately. Mike and his entire team are very professional and respectful. Thank you Mike and the entire Green Tree team for making our vision a reality. We absolutely love everything and it was a pleasure working with all of you.

When I interviewed other contractors, I started to lose hope of finding a company that would accommodate my budget. Then one afternoon, unexpectedly, I met Peter who happened to be up the block looking at another potential project. All I can say is GAME CHANGER!!!!

Without hesitation, I agreed to hire Greentree Construction. I absolutely love my new kitchen as it is now my favorite room in the entire house. Peter, Alfredo and crew did an amazing job on this renovation. These guys are efficient, clean, on time and extremely professional.
