From start to finish my experience with Carlos went smoothly. The job he promised was the job I got. His crew does great work and were neat and professional. Carlos proved to be very honest and passionate about his work.I would recommend CCD to everyone.

We hired CCD Construction to redo a two-car driveway. Carlos and his crew are wonderful. We were impressed with how thoroughly Carlos explained what he was going to do and why. He cares about the quality of the work he does and the end result shows it. He arrives when he says he will arrive (a pet peeve about others we have hired). He works along with his crew. His price was less than other estimates but not so low that we worried about the quality of what we were getting. Before leaving he said that is we have any problems, 6 months, a year from now, just call him. Very professional. We wholeheartedly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

We had our driveway widened and re-paved, and our sidewalk redone by Carlos and his crew. They were professional, neat, and knowledgeable in all things driveway related. Carlos kept us updated on our progress, as we had weather related delays. All-in-all, a great experience, and I would recommend CCD construction.
Update: Carlos and his crew did our backyard project. Once again they did a great job; it came out beautifully. We can't wait to use it when the weather gets warmer.

We were extremely pleased with our experience dealing with Carlos at CCD. The project included a driveway, culture stone on the face of our house, paved pathways, and a new stoop and patio. We thought we knew what we wanted, but Carlos has a great eye for design and helped us take the project to the next level. When the inevitable hidden extras that can arise in any construction project occurred, he was more than fair in resolving them. He's a perfectionist when it comes to details and has a talented hard working crew.

My wife and I were looking to re-do our patio, porch and drive-way in Garden City, NY, while also preventing water from getting in our basement on rainy days. Our friends recently had CCD re-do their backyard and porch, which came out great. They had nothing but great things to say about Carlos and CCD. After their experience, we knew we had to go with CCD. We were not disappointed.

Going into the job, we knew we wanted a paver walkway + porch, and a paver patio. Design is not our forte, but Carlos has an eye for design, which helped tremendously. The second he came to check out our house, the ideas started flowing - he had a vision. He gave us some samples and concepts of what could be done within our budget, we chose what we liked, and he ran with it.

Communication is another huge plus with Carlos and CCD. We reached out to Carlos shortly after COVID shut everything down, so we had to wait for construction to start back up again and for materials to become available. Carlos kept us updated and would immediately contact us back with any questions we had.

Once the job started up, there really were no issues - CCD is detail oriented and professional. Carlos even takes the time to talk to the neighbors so they know what to expect. We really appreciated Carlos going out of his way to make sure they felt comfortable with the work going on. It made things all that much easier. As we communicated with Carlos, it was easy to tell how much he loves his job and takes pride in what he does. There's no detail that's missed, and he genuinely gets excited to do good work.

The work itself came out great, and we've already received so many compliments. We just got through our first big rainstorm this morning, and not a drop of water has gotten into the basement. In addition to making the patio and porch look great, Carlos paid close attention to the drainage around the house, improving it significantly. He even hooked us up with some window wells and added pavers to the back walkway, which was originally supposed to be done in concrete. Bonus points!

We are extremely happy with how everything came out, and highly recommend CCD Construction. We'll definitely be using them for future projects.

Just had new driveway and drywell installed by Carlos and his crew. Carlos is a pleasure to work with - explains everything in detail and has great ideas. He is on-sight, making sure everything is done perfectly. I would not hesitate to call on him for future renovations!

Carlos and his crew did an amazing job on our widened driveway, paver walkways, front stoop and back patio! We absolutely love the transformation of our home and couldn’t be happier. We are getting so many compliments!! Carlos is a true artist and helped our vision come to life. He is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and readily available. I contacted CCD Construction via their website for an estimate after reading a few excellent Google reviews. From receiving a call back minutes after submitting the online form all the way to the finished product, working with Carlos and CCD was an excellent experience! I needed a paver walkway constructed in the front yard and a shed pad in the back - a small job for most people, but Carlos still treated it like any other project! I received a rough estimate over the phone along with when work could begin. Within a few days, Carlos and I met in person to finalize the estimate. Pavers were ordered that same day and in less than two weeks, they were installed in the front yard!

Carlos is also a great designer, helping me with some stylistic choices on multiple occasions during the project, Not to mention, he went above and beyond to improve my yard and make it ready for an upcoming irrigation project!

CCD offered me great pricing and excellent work with a very aggressive timeline to boot! I wouldn't hesitate to choose CCD again, and highly recommend you give Carlos a call!

We had the pleasure of working with Carlos and his team on our stoop and driveway projects. Carlos made the process very easy from selecting the bricks/pavers through the build. His team was reliable, well skilled, and neat. Carlos spent a lot of time throughout the project reviewing all options and his expertise allowed us to feel confident the job was being done right. In the end we were happy that we relied on his recommendations with respect to the Cambridge and Techo Bloc pavers and the design which turned out great. I would highly recommend CCD Construction and would certainly work with Carlos again in the future.

Upon the recommendation of my general contractor, we used CCD Construction Corp to fix a poorly installed egress window. Carlos was professional, courteous and did the job quickly and properly. He went above and beyond the basic service he was hired to do and we are very happy with the results. Would definitely use him again, and recommend CCD to a friend.

Carlos and his team are great! Carlos(owner) is very thorough and takes much pride in his projects. Carlos treats your home as if it’s his own home! Not only are they hard workers but nice and trustworthy.

CCD guys were nice and professional. I had new front steps put in and they came out great. Carlos took his time when he showed me all the options and colors I could have. I would definitely use them again.

CCD Construction is the BEST Construction Masonry company that I have ever worked with. Carlos and his crew are professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable.
