As a consultant, I have worked with many professional organizations. Concept is outstanding...fair, honest, and efficient. This company produces the highest quality product. I highly recommend Concept for all construction.

Though I have not had a need personally or professionally to do business w/ Concept Construction I know many that have. And looking at the work they've done in my town, Hamburg NY I can see they do the highest quality work. One other reason to do business w/ them is their VP of Business Development, Vince. I've known Vince for years & know that he is one you can trust, w/out hesitation!

We at Smith & Associates have worked closely with Concept Construction for many years and we couldn't be more pleased. They are extremely easy to work with, have a clear understanding of the tasks as they pertain to the projects, and are exceptional at following up and following through, not to mention their incredible attention to detail which is proven in the work they do. We would, in fact we do refer them to anyone in need of the services they provide. They have the ability to put out quality work in a timely, professional, cost effective manner.

All they ever want to do is fight on social media and not work. I had to throw them out of my house after they spent 4 hours arguing on fb and not working. Tons of other options, this place is a joke.

The team at concept billed us for construction of a building we own, we've discussed this for approximately about two weeks. We've met twice and they sent us a bill for $4800.00 for services that they haven't even provided. It was merely a contract with no proof of hours with their employees. Very scary tactic and and sneaky fees. Avoid as much as you can or do your research first.

Total rip-off we hired this company for quote for new construction paid $4000 as good faith but in return they promised detailed breakdown of the construction with contractor and all we got is final amount and asking for more money and demanding commitment for construction by them. stay away and don't pay any up front fees, instead ask for free quote if they want the work they should give you quote for comparison.
