Amazing crew! We were able to get a new furnace & central air unit. Plus blown in attic insulation! They took care of spray foaming between the top of the basement walls & plate of the house walls. They really helped us make our house very efficient. We are so thankful!! If your house heating bills and electric from air conditioners are very high you may want to give them a call. The financing was very easy & at a low interest rate. So now our house is very sellable, if we ever decided to move. I bought pizza the days each crew worked because they worked so hard. Thanks again BUFFALO ENERGY, now let's talk windows...

I was very impressed at the way Ken went out of his way to help me. The other company's that came into my house were very respectful and made me feel good about what they were doing. The wonderful gentlemen that put my furnace in were funny, as they were working they were making jokes and you know that your employees are happy when they can laugh together. When they came to my house they were on time and cleaned up every bit of their mess. I would HIGHLY recommend Buffalo Energy! Thank you Ken and your crew!!!

When our AC died about a month ago, we got some estimates for replacing it but weren't comfortable with any of the companies that came. We really wanted our trusted AC Contractor to do the job but he moved to Buffalo, NY a few years ago. We got in touch with him to see if he could recommend someone and as it turned out...he was actually willing to come down and do our replacement! Thank you Buffalo Energy for making necessary arrangements for Russ to come down and install our new system! We cannot thank you enough! We have piece of mind, knowing it was done properly and we love our new Reme Halo.

Buffalo Energy was the only company out of 3 I had called that was able to pin point what was wrong with my fireplace. They fixed it on their first time out and at an affordable price. Their techs were knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I thought I smelled something and they sent out a tech immediately. Turned out the odor was from lack of use and was gone within an hour but Russ came by anyway to take a look and set my mind at ease.....I highly recommend Buffalo Energy

All of the above. WOW!!! My whole house was insulated today by a team of young men that actually worked as a TEAM!! They knew their individual jobs and they got them done. I was over impressed that they cleaned up after the job was done. I was left with nothing to do but dust when they left. 5 stars plus for this company. Now I'm excited to see my energy savings this winter.

We are somewhat new to New York and purchased our home almost a year ago. Of course we instantly found that things were not disclosed or discovered during the inspection and we had tons of repairs to do. Nicole shared a program through NYSERDA with me and we applied and qualified for a ton of money saving updates to our home. Buffalo Energy was quick to schedule, quick to do the work, and very professional every step of the way.
My husband and I used to manage apartments, so we’ve worked with plenty of companies. Buffalo Energy is BY FAR the best company we’ve had the pleasure of working with. When our new boiler was giving us some attitude, they quickly walked us through the process of resetting it over the phone, and then came over to make sure it was working properly.
They replaced our boiler, set us up with a tankless water heater, are laying new plastic under the house, and they’re insulting our house - basically top to bottom.
Every single person we’ve had the pleasure of working with at Buffalo Energy has been incredibly helpful, nice, and respectful. We absolutely will be using them for any future money saving projects our house might need.

Losing heat several times, they were extremely prompt in servicing my ‘old’ furnace. They just installed a new heating system; it is so quiet I don’t even hear it running. Buffalo Energy has been my only HVAC contractor I have used in several years. We have had them do our insulation in our house, when the job was do, Ken came to the house to check on the work. He noticed a small area that was missed and came back that same day a did the job himself. Ross has been to our house several times and he is knowledgeable and though in his work. If you want professional work done, work with a professional company.

I just love this company. The staff are friendly and easy to talk with and they give you good clear answers. They the work was done in a good and clean way and the workers was on time and friendly. They respected my house and worked to make sure that it was up to the best standard of saving for the winter. I was not sure if i would be about to get the whole house done seeing that i was on a fixed budget but they worked hard to make sure that the funds in need for the work was there. I Highly recommend this company to all my friends in the Buffalo area.

I requested an energy audit via an ad from Buffalo Energy in Dec 2020 citing the Home Energy program was funded, NYSERDA whom I've gotten work done with in the past was part of the process (hope I got that entire process correct). From initial contact to inspection, my energy contractor representative Pete was very thorough & professional, went through all energy-aspects of my home, from hot water tank to HVAC. Was determined via the audit that my home was indeed lacking proper attic insulation. I completed the application process, received an approval & within 4 wks my job was set for full attic blown-in insulation, at no cost to me. The 2 gentleman Buffalo Energy sent out were awesome, 100% pro's at their jobs, set-up, installation & clean-up was great. Guys even stopped during set-up, ran to Home Depot to get & replaced my bathroom exhaust fan vent tube, as existing 20 yr old tube had holes in it. They said it would release moisture into the attic & promote mold, talk about going above & beyond what was expected!! Couldn't be happier with the new insulation, home is quieter, heat is turning on less, total win-win!!

Buffalo Energy is an outstanding company. The professionalism, kindness and prompt response to everything they have done for us is rather impressive. Our new boiler system is amazing! In all my dealings with them I have experienced nothing but top notch service. Whether it be the owner Ken, or the install team that arrived at my house (Justin, Russ, Sean and the other gentleman whose name eludes me at this moment). These guys will get it done, and get it done right. Phenomenal experience.

We have been working with Buffalo Energy for the NYSERDA process. So far they have been good to work with. When I have called to follow up they have been helpful and nice. Things really took a fun turn when our furnace died during this process and we had an incoming cold snap.

They came out Monday 11/12 to do a further evaluation of how to install our furnace and said they would call us to schedule an install. The next day they called saying they had a cancellation and would install that day because it was getting even colder and it had just snowed quite a bit. They did some wrangling on their end and they all showed up to install our new furnace.

They were very respectful, knowledgeable and nice. I don't think they even stopped to eat lunch or dinner during the whole thing. Machines these guys. They will be out again to install our Central Air and new hot water tank and expect it will go just as wonderful as this.

Energy consultant Anthony W. was a very nice guy who was well-trained and experienced in energy efficiency for the home. He arrived on the promised date right on schedule!
Very kind and professional. He was able to answer any questions and provided me with any details or explanations needed. It was a positive learning experience.

This is the second time I have had Buffalo energy to work on my house. The first time was the installation of a tankless hot water system, and the second most recently was a heat pump system for my whole house. I am very grateful for the quality of service, the respect of my property, and the care and concern they had with working with my schedule and the quality of work. I would recommend them highly!

Mr. Mike Woodward and his crew, Ian, Kasheem, Zach and Jeff did an OUTSTANDING job! The job they did was excellent. When they arrived, they outlined exactly what they were going to do. They were very professional, courteous and did an excellent job cleaning up the job site. After the job was completed, they completely explained what they did and asked us if we had any questions pertaining to the insulation, the lighting, and other items they installed. Their professionalism is a credit to themselves and Buffalo Energy. I would highly recommend Buffalo Energy for any job they have listed on their web site. I needed new furnace. I heard about Buffalo Energy. I scheduled the appt with Joe. He explain to me what type of furnace I was getting & furnace was great quality. It will save me money on my gas which I was very happy about. They came in to put the new furnace & did excellent job. The guys clean after themselves leaving no mess which I appreciate. Justin’s and Dan explain to me how to work the new furnace system. It runs great! When I had an issue Mike came right away. I recommend Buffalo Energy & the service is excellent!

Buffalo Energy provided me with a home energy audit after I reached out to them regarding lacking insulation and issues with heating/cool in specific areas of my home. Buffalo Energy laid out a solution to resolve my issues and the quality of work they did was terrific.

In the end, I had spray foam insulation installed throughout my attic in order to help with heating/cooling and an aging A/C unit replaced. All of the work was completed in a timely manner with a crew of extremely courteous and professional workers.

The team at Buffalo Energy pointed out issues with my existing systems and went above and beyond in addressing issues they found. They provided information and options throughout the process and everyone I worked with, from the project management to the folks doing the work were top notch.

Communication was excellent throughout the process. From the initial audit, the lead up to the work, onsite communication and follow up, the team kept me informed and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the results.

I would highly recommend Buffalo Energy to anyone looking to improve the comfort of their home and who cares about quality of work and professionalism.

Buffalo Energy installed a new water heater, added insulation in my attic (my basement had been done about 5 years ago) and installed energy efficient light bulbs, a CO2 monitor and a new
Smoke detector. A young man by the name of Cori spent time with the little tasks. He could not have been nicer or more proficient.
Yes, there was some mess but I expected it. They were working in messy areas like the attic and basement. They did all they could to reduce issues related to installation. I had a couple of questions after they left and they promptly returned my call and answered my concerns. I feel fortunate to be the recipient of their business.

Just bought my house this past summer. Very little issues til this week. Furnace circuit board was damaged in basement flooding. Buffalo energy came out after hours on a Friday night. Had it fixed in under an hour. Free of charge. Can’t be happier with he level of customer service.
