I have had an excellent experience with Galaxy General Contracting Inc to work outside of my home. I have used many contractors over the years and Dev from Galaxy was the best. It's difficult to find contractors who communicate effectively, show up on time, and do quality work. Galaxy nailed all of these points and more. First, I hired Galaxy to demolish and pour a new concrete driveway. The demonstration was completed on the first day and new concrete was poured on the day.

I had a great experience using Galaxy General Contracting Inc for work on the outside of my home. I have used many contractors over the years and Dev from Galaxy was the best. It’s hard to find contractors who communicate effectively, show up on time and do quality work. Galaxy nailed all these points and more. I first hired Galaxy to demolish and pour a new concrete driveway. The demo was completed in day 1 and the new concrete poured on day 2. There was a team of 8+ people on the job executing flawlessly. True artists who knew what they were doing. Very happy with the results we hired Galaxy to do brick pointing for the entire house. Galaxy arrived with a crew to work on the front and another crew to work on the back. They worked for 8 straight days grinding, power/acid washing and then pointing the bricks. We are very happy with the results. I can confidently say I would hire Galaxy again. Dev was patient, answered all questions, addressed every concern and delivered a quality job on time. Thank you Galaxy !

took my money and left job unfinished. very bad quality work. unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST!!

The worst company ever! They will ask you for the money then never complete the job! You have to spend extra time to file a complain through 311!

Rush the Project, workers are not neat left damages to the front garden, windows screen, windows glass very dirty with cement droppings all over the brick fence. The Price was too high

I asked them to come give me an estimate and they did. We agreed on the price. The first day they never showed up. I called to ask if they will be coming to do the work. They asked me for a check before the work. I said we agreed for 3 payments he said yes. He then informed me that he will be calling me back to talk about it and I never heard back. I would think twice about working with them. I didn't like the fact they wanted to get paid before anything was even done.

In regards to his response: it goes both ways you want 5k to start how do I know you won't disappear? Also you didn't say you don't work that way you just didn't show up. You originally agreed and then changed your mind.

BEWARE. Do not hire Rauf Dev to do ANY WORK. Almost all of the work done by him and his crew deteriorated months after it was done. Including stoop repair, painting, roof work, bathroom work. And they didn't clean up. They also didn't do the main facade repair they were paid to do--it was the primary reason for hire--and walked away with $5000, this was after being paid nearly $25K. He doesn't respond to follow up entreaties. DO NOT HIRE. Anyone contemplating hiring him is welcome to contact me if they want to verify the geolocation of the pics taken, want to view other pics I did't post of his shoddy work, and/or to view a copy of correspondence, contract and payments. His claim that these are FAKE PICS is comical. I wish I hadn't paid him upfront. His claim that he wasn't paid simply isn't true. Apparently if you criticize his work on google, he will actually respond, which is something he refuses to do when contacting him directly. BUYER BEWARE!

These guys don’t know what they are doing. Pointed the brick on my house & used rock miracle to strip it and stained their newly poured sidewalk & steps on my house. The left the 2x4 form in the driveway of my house & never removed it when pouring the other portion of the driveway. My sidewalk is chipping and coming apartment. Don’t use them
