Victory Bros stays within limits and delivers decent work, completing multiple jobs since at least 2000.

They're top-notch at installing and repairing ductless AC, residential AC and heating systems for old and new homes - including brownstones, capes and multi-family dwellings. This family-run business has been around for over 90 years, clearly showing their expertise.

Staff were very professional, respectful, and efficient, making for a great overall experience.

John from Victory is a standout professional. He combines impressive expertise with infectious enthusiasm. I have no hesitation in recommending him - he's exceptional and I'd work with him again without a doubt.

Victory Services has done an excellent job on my air conditioning unit. Their professionalism and reliability have earned them my complete trust - they're the only ones I'll use from now on.

Excellent experience with this company - their team was courteous, efficient, and gave excellent results. My AC is now functioning like new and I'm thoroughly satisfied.

I've had my fair share of dodgy experiences with contractors over the years, from home fixes to car repairs. The thought of getting help without a personal recommendation is daunting. However, Victory Bros was a godsend! As someone fostering an autistic grandson, I know how unpredictable case managers can be - they can show up at any time. One day, my boil burst and I had 24 hours to fix it before the social services would take my grandson away. With no other options available, I called around desperately. Luckily, I remembered seeing their building as I drove by often, so I gave them a shot. The young lady on the phone was helpful, and soon two kind, respectful men ("The Brothers") arrived to assess the issue. They listened attentively, fixed my problem, and surprisingly offered an affordable price - apparently tailored to my "foster grandmother" status as a senior citizen. I'm eternally grateful for their help; it was a lifesaver.

Be wary of Darrel, they'll try to sell you on a service that isn't actually performed. This guy is smooth talker who will often leave to grab numbers or do some other excuse to delay the work. The company itself seems legit, but don't expect clear cost breakdowns - they just want your money without being transparent about it. Won't be using their services again.

This company falls short in terms of professionalism. Their phone isn't checked regularly, often leaving a voicemail. When you manage to get through, the staff appears uninformed about scheduled appointments. We were set for 2-6pm and didn't show up. No calls were made regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or potential delays. The lack of communication is disappointing. To make matters worse, they overcharge for their services. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company to others due to its unprofessional nature.

I'm extremely disappointed with this company. Every glowing review seems staged and misleading. Be aware: they'll slap on a service fee, add extra labor time, and charge materials - all leading to bills over $1,000. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB to warn others.

I'd give these guys -stars if I could. My grandparents needed help with their air conditioning last week after it stopped working properly. They called Victory Brothers and were told they'd be serviced the following week between 12pm-4pm. When I checked in on them, I was put on hold for ages before being told that my grandparents had cancelled - which, of course, was impossible, especially with a heatwave on.

I jumped into action and called back to set the record straight, but got even more dismissive and unhelpful responses from Victory Brothers. It seemed like they were trying to pawn them off in the middle of a sweltering heatwave! I was appalled by their customer service - my grandparents are seniors living alone, after all. They're not exactly equipped to handle waiting for hours in the heat.

Luckily, I managed to get another HVAC company on the scene within an hour of calling, which really saved the day. Victory Brothers' business practices are a joke.

They hide extra fees in the bill. To increase profit, they pad the work time, making charges higher. Unlike Home Depot or Sears, which offer competitive rates and warranties, this company doesn't prioritize scheduling due to their own markup.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Victory Bros. HVAC after they conducted a quick diagnostic that cost over $300. The technician determined that my furnace had a faulty gas valve, but when another technician arrived to fix it, he claimed the issue wasn't with the valve and didn't know what was wrong. The next day, I got a call from someone trying to sell me a new furnace at an exorbitant price.

It's clear that Victory Bros. HVAC either has inexperienced technicians or engages in deceptive business practices. Their receptionist is also unprofessional, which doesn't fill me with confidence. In contrast, a technician recommended by a friend was well-prepared and eager to help, and he actually got the job done correctly. I wouldn't recommend Victory Bros. HVAC to anyone due to their questionable work quality and aggressive sales tactics.
