Mike and crew work all day nonstop to install New electrical panel two new lines for the kitchen. They kept me updated during the day as to what was going on what they were doing how long it was going to take. Running lines was difficult because there’s no basement or attic in this house and they had to go through the joists in the ceiling. I would recommend these guys to work in my house again with no issues.

Highly recommend Bruni & Campusi, and can't say enough good things about Jack and Kawan who recently put in a new boiler for us. They were pleasant, punctual, worked all day until the job was done & cleaned up before they left. Excellent service!

Today, October 27 2025, Jordan Rodriguez came to my home and performed a thorough inspection of my bathrooms plumbing, sewer, and water quality. Jordan was on time, respectful and professional. He explained what was being done for my understanding, gave me feedback immediately after each test and inspection area was complete. He answered my questions and explained the data results. Jordan gave me valuable information and instructions for my kitchen pipes and sewer. Overall, Jordan did an excellent job and is much appreciated

Darren Fahy was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was thourough in servicing my AC system and explained everything to me clearly. I appreciate Darren's evaluation of the unit and recommendations for improving operating quality. He was very good to work with .

Glenn thoroughly traced the leak throughout the house, from the attic to the basement, and determined that it was not caused by the bathroom plumbing. The leak may have originated from the plumbing vent due to melting snow on the roof. He cleaned all the affected areas and was very courteous. We are pleased with his service. Tom

The technician, Jason and his manager, were timely, professional and explained everything clearly. In addition, Vincent, who provided the quote, was equally as efficient, and all of them were very thorough, a pleasure to deal with.

Bruni and Campisi technicians are a mixed bag. Some better than others, like today, when Hunter came to service my water heater. The entire experience was very pleasant and professional. First, he called me in the AM to let me know his approximate arrival timeframe; then he communicated the issues and described them in a manner that was understandable to the lay person. When it came down to the next steps, his communication was clear and concise, and described the pros/cons of each available option. It was definitely a good way to start the morning, and hopefully future touch points with other technicians are similar. (For what it is worth, it may be worth while for Hunter train other technicians on the soft skills of client service).

Yesterday Fabricio did an electrical inspection and today Scott did a plumbing inspection on our 120 year old house. Today, Vinny came and evaluated our home for ductless air conditioning. I was impressed with the knowledge, thoroughness, friendliness and professionalism of all three guys. We've had good experiences with Bruni & Campisi and expect to continue using them and recommending them to others.

We use Bruni & Campisi for all our heating and cooling needs at our retail showroom. Always top notch, rapid service! Tech Jason R showed up on time today, was friendly and professional, and did a great job thoroughly cleaning and servicing our heating. Happy to say our heat is back up and running, and our space feels comfortable once again. Thank you!

Where do I begin? Our boiler broke overnight in the middle of December, and we woke up to a freezing cold house, everyone’s nightmare. We called Bruni and Campisi, if we’re being honest because our two boys love penguins, and because of the top reviews we were reading. We called at 9 o’clock in the morning, and Vincent was at our house within 2 hours, maybe less, as if we were a long time existing customer. Within seconds of him being in the house, I truly felt as if this huge problem I had on my hands was his problem too. I think all we want during these emergencies are to work with a knowledgeable and professional partner who can guide us through it, and that’s Vincent. He explained everything to us, went through different options we had, and when we decided on a certain boiler, he immediately started putting the plan in action, calling his supplier to identify and hold the new boiler, and make sure we secured the best option in the most timely fashion. The boiler was in a warehouse in Vermont and the guys drove up the same night we called so that they could have it the next morning and start the install process! Vincent went above and beyond when we told him about our two boys who love penguins and he said he had swag for them (capes, stickers, key chains) that he will send to our house when the guys come to install the boiler. Hugo and his team were at my house first thing the next morning, and the first thing they handed me was the box of swag, I was stunned. They immediately got to work, and they were super efficient, managing to get my old boiler out and the new one in and fully hooked up and operational in a day and a half. Hugo and his team were extremely polite and kind, and I could tell how hard they were working and how detail oriented they were. When they were finished, they explained everything they had did and made sure everything was up and running and cleaned up before leaving. We are truly grateful to them for getting the job done so quickly and restoring heat to our house in very cold December. While this is the first time we ever used Bruni and Campisi, it seems like they are full service company offering hvac, electrical, plumbing and more. We look forward to using them again for many more services. Bruni and Campisi made a very stressful experience so much better, and they are truly a company to model after when it comes to professionalism and customer care.

Jason Rees is an excellent technician, he came to our house for a troubleshooting call over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Spent numerous hours troubleshooting an issue with our boiler shutting off on sensor lockout. He checked multiple components and functions in an attempt to get the issue resolved. He also researched the issue and put in an expedited order to get the part on its way. Thankfully he was scheduled to install the part around a week later when it arrived. He is an honest, very competent and hardworking technician and I would hope to have him return for future issues and maintenance. Thank you Jason!

I love Hunter he was amazing, he is the best plumber I've ever had. He gave me a great deal on the water heater install and was very courteous. I would highly recommend Hunter and Bruni and Campisi again.

Caleb did an excellent job servicing our heating system. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain each step of the maintenance process. I really appreciated how clearly he communicated what he was doing and why. He also shared helpful tips on how to improve the system’s efficiency and keep it running smoothly throughout the season. Overall, Caleb was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous — I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality service.

Their technician Jason Rees quickly diagnosed the problem with a zone valve and replaced it. He made sure everything else in the system was also working properly. Very professional, conscientious and courteous. Fully recommended .

Jacob West came to my apartment due to a blocked bathtub drain. He was careful, explained his work, he worked very hard to clear the drain. He did multiple tests on the bathtub drain and connected bathroom and kitchen sinks. I was impressed with his work and friendliness. I would call for all future work.

Javier and Mike upgraded the electrical panel. They were professional, communicative, knowledgeable and personally invested in the job being done correctly.
Bruni and Campisi and Vincent Hannigan, made a commitment to me that the HVAC job would be done right and I would be happy with the service, dedication of their professionals, and the final outcome. They kept their promise and remain available to me for any questions.
A business or service provider who values its Clients and considers Client trust and satisfaction its long term business strategy is a great find and I recommend B&C to anyone looking to upgrade their HVAC system.

I cannot say enough good things about Bruni and Campisi. I called them today after a pipe disconnected from under my sink and was causing water to seep down into my basement through an access valve. I’m heavily pregnant and have a toddler. The Bruni and Campisi dispatcher called me and said they would make it a point to get me someone today. Hunter, the technician called me almost immediately after, and said he was on his way. Talk about lucky. Not only did he arrive exactly when he said he would, but he took time to thoroughly explain WHY we were having the plumbing issue, examine where the water was leaking from, looked at other pipe issues we brought up, and fixed our running toilet. To top it ALL off, he worked quickly, efficiently, and was so incredibly kind to my very inquisitive toddler. We have additional work that needs to be done, and I feel extremely confident with this company. If all of the technicians are as thorough, friendly, and efficient as Hunter, then we cannot go wrong. I officially am leaving my old HVAC company to become a Bruno and Campisi customer. Thank you, Hunter!!!!!! You made a very stressful day much much better.

Hunter was incredibly helpful. Very patient with our process of testing pipes to try and diagnose our issue and also providing practical advice and some calming perspective. We are very appreciative that Hunter was the plumber dispatched to us today. Thank you!

Thorough. And Congenial. And Informative. That's Jason R. OK, we know B&C are professional; they've been here before. But Jason R was like family. He cared. His battery ran out of juice when vacuuming? Back to the truck he went to get a fresh one. Tough going in the dark area? Not even worth mentioning. And wait a second... he taught me stuff about my heating system I didn't know; then he posted notes directly on the devices to make sure I'll remember. C'mon - is that awesome or what?

Glenn was terrific. We had what we thought was a simple leak returning from vacation. Instead we had pipes blocked from years of pipe residue that calcified in our cold garage. Through smart deduction Glenn went step by step eliminating possible causes until we got to the root cause. It took virtually the entire day but he did not stop until the job was finished. Parts that were needed after B&C 's plumbing partner had closed for the day....were purchased at a local store which is probably not company policy. His intelligence, hustle and endurance were truly remarkable.

My 20-year-old hot water heater finally died, and of course I called Bruni & Campisi, who replaced my furnace/AC several years ago. They installed a new hot water heater more quickly than I could have expected. The technicians, Carlos and Faruq, were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. I'm very happy with the new hot water heater and the overall experience.
