my feedback is on repairs only. I have always used McKenna's when possible for the mundane to replacing of Water heaters. I have found that I always receive quality in parts and the repairs. I have also found the team to be patient and honest.

We worked with Dan to custom build a shower door for our bathroom and the entire process was smooth sailing from start to finish! He truly made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and the ordering process and installation were a breeze. Highly recommend!!

McKenna's exceeded expectations with our remodeling project.
We were very satisfied with the experienced staff design and product knowledge and assistance (vs limited knowledge big box reps.), product quality(all wood cabinets vs (typical pressed board big box), competitive costs (vs other Kitchen and Bath dealers) , their own installation staff (vs big box subcontractors) for work scheduling and quality of work. McKenna's was a one stop shopping so no multiple store and contractor and suppliers to have to deal with.
We will use McKenna's for all our remodel or new home projects.

We have a modest kitchen that had been waiting many years for an update -- we wanted it done once and done right. Jim was very helpful with the design, and we'd like to acknowledge the skill of George, Devon, Dennis, and Mike in making it happen.
Everyone was responsive and patient with questions. We're very happy with the end result.

I did two bathroom remodels my contractors gutted my bathrooms. I remember going inside McKenna’s in Henrietta so I said I’m buying my replacement items from there. I went to the Henrietta location which was closedown due to lack of employees but I refused to let that stop me. The next day me and my husband drove to the Fairport location I’m really excited I did I met Dan and several other employees who were super nice and very attentive I received top of the line products my two bathrooms make me not even want to go on vacation I just want to relax at home ‼️There was even the biggest Great Dame dog named Ben who was nicknamed the gentle giant who welcomed us too. Please before you shop anywhere else do yourself a favor and take a ride to their showroom trust me I’ll probably be there working on my kitchen remodel.
