Had a hot water heater, boiler and vent installed by this company. Nick was the technician who did the job - he was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. The work came with good quality equipment and decent support from the staff.

Nick P, the technician on call, has serviced our unit before and performed annual checks. He's always been punctual, courteous, and professional. His performance is exceptional, and it would be beneficial for the company to capitalize on this by providing training for new technicians on how to interact with clients effectively.

I had a sudden crisis at my business. This company responded in under 24 hours, arriving promptly and being courteous. They clearly explained the problem and fix for my air conditioning unit. Their professionalism and speed earned my trust, making me very satisfied with their service.

This company has been reliable for me over the years. I previously hired them five years ago to install an AC unit that I bought elsewhere. Recently, my unit stopped working and I called them. They sent a technician who diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly. The price was reasonable, especially considering the fast response time - 90 minutes! This is definitely the right team to call when you need help with your home's systems.

Had two ductless units installed less than two years ago, but only got through two seasons before they completely lost refrigerant. Called to see if they'd come out and take a look, and was quoted $110 per half hour for the technician's visit. Asked why it would be that high, given the recent installation date - they said it was their standard rate. Got another technician who came at a significantly lower price. He checked the unit and found one of the head units was leaking, likely due to improper installation or faulty product. Told me to contact the installer since it was installed so recently. Called them back, explained the issue and asked if they'd stand behind their product and installation - no guarantee offered. They'd come out again and charge as if they hadn't sold or installed anything. The takeaway is this company doesn't have a good track record when it comes to backing their products and installations. I wouldn't recommend them.
