Bad place for semi trailer

Absolutely no stars! They make you leave at least one. Went to Sw in Farmingdale for 2 take offs! 30 mins later I asked for a refund because I was being ignored!
Salesman never offered to see what was going on, just happy to refund me & get me out!
I doubt this place will stay open much longer!

Very disappointed and annoyed

Tracy is the only good part about this place. She is as helpful as she can be given that the system I purchased is awful and you'll find many people experiencing problems with Durastar. A 2 year old system needing a new condenser unit costing $3000 install should be criminal, the unit I purchased is trash and its more economic to buy a new unit from a better manufacturer.

This place is just a waste of people times, you need info about a specific product and they doesn't have any clues the answer will be I'm not a plumber. Ignorant people working in a plumbing supply house but don't have any clues what they're doing in there. Don't complain when AI take your jobs.
