I normally don't do this, but I really have to say that this company went above and beyond to diagnose the problem. Give me an estimate fix the issue and going forward. I can rest easy knowing that the issues was resolved. The technician was very helpful, super cooperative, and very informative. I'm going to have to give these guys five stars for amazing work from the prompt response when I needed them urgently, the dispatcher communicated with me and got me somebody there within a couple of hours. Called this morning and they were able to send Alex out right away. Alex was tremendous and is very knowledgeable, efficient and even gave us insight and information related to our boiler system that we never knew. I highly recommend this company and Alex who you can tell is very passionate about his profession and is very willing to help beyond what we had called for.

David was great! He arrived so quickly for our emergency water heater problem. He was careful, caring, and contentious. David helped us tremendously and we will definitely work with 1-Tom again!

Very nice, courteous young man checked out everything. Had quite a job ahead of him! Explained everything in detail of what needed to be done to take care of the problem with the toilet drain. I give him a five star rating because he gave me five star service. Would recommend.to anyone in need.

Will from 1-Tom-Plumber did a great job at diagnosing and solving my clogged kitchen sink. After calling 1-Tom i was quickly scheduled to have a plumber to my home. Not only did Will get the job done fast he also cleaned up very well and gifted me a free plunger! 5 stars across the board.

Dave and Felipe were here as promised. They assessed our gas hot water heater and found that everything was okay and actually told us the truth! The heater was fine and our concerns were unwarranted. How refreshing!!! They made us feel at ease and we were told to contact them if needed in the future if a problem should arise with our plumbing needs. We will absolutely refer this company to friends and family. Great experience!!!

1-Tom-Plumber was referred from a friend. I can't say enough from the minute I called they were accommodating and friendly. When my service technician Will arrived, he was promt, friendly and very thorough. He explained everything and even took the time to show me the issue throughout the process of fixing the clog. I highly recommend this company. Not to mention, it's Christmas Eve and Will still worked with a smile 🎄💩 I will call them anytime I need a plumber. Merry Christmas

I had a pipe burst and I'm so glad I called them first. Alex and Keiji came within the hour and were very respectful and professional. They gave me a few options and did a great job fixing the issue. I have definitely found my go -to plumbers from now on!

Needed our shower head replaced and handle tightened. Alex came during the time frame that the company advised. He called prior to his arrival. He was in and out within the hour. He figured out what parts he needed and said he would come back in 2 days once the parts came in. Luckily the part came in a day early and they let us know they could get the job done a day early. Alex came in and changed the shower head and cartridge in no time. Always with a happy and positive demeanor. Would definitely recommend their company and used them again in the future!

Edited just to add I had a different issue with my toilet these months later on December 22nd and remembered 1 Tom Plumber being so great the first time. Once again they saved the day. David and Everal were super efficient and knowledgeable. They informed me of my options and proceeded to do the repair and replacements accordingly and gave me peace of mind.

It was Memorial Day weekend, Sunday night I had not one but two toilets malfunctioning- one leaked from the valve overnight and filled a bucket with water. It was my fear I’d never find someone after the holiday- much less the same day and I had to return to work soon. I googled and found 1 Tom Plumber and their plumber Alex D. Arrived in less than a half hour! He was super knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. There was more to be done than planned- as I asked for the valves to be replaced for my peace of mind. Alex was great. I truly appreciate this - especially on Labor Day when all should be resting. I have more things to be done on that house so I will definitely make planned appointments with 1 Tom. Highly recommend.

Had waste line service scheduled for Friday but leak worsened overnight. I called Thursday and spoke to Donna and she scrambled and arranged to have David, Felipe and Sebastian show up to replace the line and fix the problem. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing and fixed my waste line issue.
I could not be happier with the way Donna, David, Felipe and Sebastian responded to my problem and put my mind at ease.

Used 1-Tom-Plumber for a Sunday night emergency where I had a backup in my basement sink. Required sewer line to be cleaned out from the trap, but unfortunately, no idea where the trap was located, as this is an older house. In comes David to the rescue. Confident, friendly, knowledgeable, no BS, no upsells, no scare tactics, and didn't talk down. Exactly what you need when you're dealing with an unexpected plumbing issue. David searched the perimeter of the house with me outside in the dark and cold, and eventually figured out that the trap was hiding under some floorboards in a basement closet. Amazing skills. He replaced the cap with a new non-rusted cap from this century and snaked out the line until it ran clear to the sewer. He was transparent about potential future work that might be needed as far as tree roots go, and was very diligent at cleaning up some of the mess that came out from cleaning out the trap. And, given a Sunday night emergency call, reasonably priced for what was needed. Definitely would recommend again, especially David. Thanks guys!

So thankful for 1-tom-plumber. We had what we thought was a major problem in the basement. David and Felipe came within 30 minutes and were able to assess the issue and run a diagnostic to check that everything was ok. They patched up the issue and checked to make sure everything was working perfectly. Highly recommend 1-tom-plumber!

I did not go with 1-TOM as I found a slightly cheaper alternative. That being said the customer service was exceptional and the second they heard I had young children and a mid winter heat emergency they jumped to help. I can tell then put their best foot forward with their customers and would definitely use them in the future for other work.

Chris L. came out and quickly got to work fixing our plumbing issue. It's a dirty job, but he handled it professionally and with care for our property. I really appreciate the great work he did and will call 1-Tom again in the future if needed.

I appreciate the recommendations David made. He did more than repair a leak, he reconfigured the plumbing to function smarter and have less future problems.

David diagnosed that the wax ring was damaged causing the leak to the downstairs. Perfect job by him and he made sure to walk me through all the steps he took. After the install, made sure there was no more leaks and left with a positive attitude. Def recommend Dave again!

He arrived during the snow fall of LI Blizzard season and was friendly professional and energetic. The dispatcher on the phone line was also super friendly. Reasonable prices, outstanding timing.

I called for a faucet repair and a plumber arrived within 20 minutes! Took David less than 15 minutes to fix and he took the time to explain to me how the cartridge works. This is our third or fourth time using Tom Plumber And we have been impressed every time with the level of professionalism shown by the technicians and the dispatch team.
