This is an extremely unprofessional place! They scam people out of money, and don’t actually do any of the repairs promised! Don’t use this company! It is horrible, and needs to be shut down! Dishonest people don’t deserve to have their business anymore!

I called a few times. The phone system is really strange. I wondered if they serviced my small appliance. I was told someone would call me back and to “keep my lines open”. Never called me back. Never answered the phone again.

They sent a technician to repair my fridge. The guy is every unprofessional. After he repaired my fridge, it is still not cooling. And he charged me lots of money. I don’t recommend this company.

This place is a scam. Beware to anyone out there. They took my husband’s money and stop picking up calls when we asked what was going on with our repairs. They blocked numbers anytime we called and asked what happened to our repair. They stole $250 dollar from us. Beware and learn from our mistake. I wish I could give no stars but DO NOT USE!!

Nobody showed up for the scheduled appointment. No courtesy call, nothing. Every time I call, they keep saying "he's half an hour away". Fast forward 3 hours PAST the original appointment time and he's still "half an hour away". Like the other reviews say, this place will just waste your time.

This place is the most unprofessional company I have come across in queens. They quoted me a time between 2-4pm. From 4-6pm I called 6 times for an updated on an ETA because they never called back and hung up on me. They refused to give me any discount for their short comings and each person I spoke to told me a different story about their technician "Henry" who supposedly owns the place.

Save yourself the time and trouble and book elsewhere. They are more expensive than other companies anyway.

But really- do not waste your time. Terrible.

Do not use this company, they are fraudulent! I booked an appointment to get a refrigerator repaired and after a few cancelled and late appointments Henry finally came and diagnosed my fridge. He seemed really friendly and quoted the repair for $250 and asked for cash. I (stupidly) gave it to him (he promised a receipt but never sent it) and followed up several times about a week later and Erika kept assuring me that she was working on it. Eventually she told me that Henry was in an accident and that they’d send another technician. This never happened and apparently Henry said he never came so I was scammed out of all of my money. I tried calling several times and Monica and Herman were also not helpful, then the company blocked my number. I even tried visiting the office which is nonexistent.
