I went in there for a 1/0 AWG grommet and the nice man quickly found it. Great customer service and good prices, 10/10 would come again.

They have lots of electrical tools don’t need to wait and order online it’s on display amazing 🙌

Their prices a fair. The customer service rep doesn't speak English very well he's hard to understand. The parking situation is difficult there

I search the Home Depot website to check if they had light meters in stock and it was answered in the affirmative. I went to the college point store and of course they had none in stock and I check the Bronx and nothing in stock. HD has to better job being accurate when they say an item is in stock, I wasted 2 hours. The website is unreliable.

Service its sucks.... they give me an attitude .... don't come back never again....

Gave me 3 items that I didn't order, forgot to give me connectors + gave me double elbows I didn't need

Worst place to buy materials!The guy that I gave my order to,didn’t speak proper English and he messed up the list I gave him.Also I was waiting for materials for 45 minutes,meanwhile other people,who came after me with longer lists,left within 10 mins!

They ordered wrong item for me, and they refused to refund. Instead of fixing their own mistake, the staff argued and took no responsibility.
Very disappointing customer service, not recommended.
