Be cautious when hiring unlicensed contractors.

I hired MLSH HVAC L.L.C after my central air stopped working. Unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. It took three weeks for them to replace the motor, and I ended up paying more than expected. The vent filters weren't replaced, and the condensation pan was installed incorrectly, causing a leak in the roof. To make matters worse, they charged me for replacing an attic fan that wasn't even installed. I paid upfront, which proved to be a costly mistake. Leo from the company didn't follow up with my calls, providing various excuses before eventually ignoring them altogether. Avoid this company at all costs.
