I live in Gerarid Towers and I used them for moving in they did everything for me from packing to moving They offered me dry cleaning and laundry services with free pick up and delivery the person who does the delivery is a very good guy A +++++ service

I always have a great experience with hippodrome concierge. I use them for my dry cleaning and laundry. Services are always top notch and done with great care. Very pleasant people to deal with, making the experience that much more enjoyable and with great ease. I will continue to use their services.

The person who came and did a deep cleaning for me did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB! My apt was left SPOTLESS, and the price was quite reasonable. Will be using them everytime I need a cleaning for as long as I live here

Great service. I had a deep cleaning done, and the women were very thorough and professional. They arrived on time and they bring their own supplies. When they finished, they made sure I was happy with cleaning. I would definitely use them again and recommend their service if you are looking for a cleaning.

I've also experienced an utter disregard for delicate clothing. They washed AND DRIED my 1920s vintage silk dress.
I had left my phone number INSIDE the laundry bag. If y'all had questions or needed clarification, was it really that difficult to simply call and ask?
What person that works with clothing every day can honestly say they didn't know you can't throw silk in the wash?!

Ruined clothes, on two occasions, said they would pay to replace it then weaseled out of it.

They messed upy clothes. Told them and they said bring it back and then everything had some kind of blue stain on it the second time. Went back one more time and they completely ruined a blanket. Terrible.

Do not use these guys! They WASHED and DRIED an entire bag of dry clean only clothes and blamed me. I dropped off 2 bags on Saturday (they stepped out for 10 minutes) one with workout clothes and socks the other with skirts, blouses, dress pants, silk shirts, etc assuming the professionals would differentiate between wash and dry clean. When I went in this morning to complain the girl had every excuse including; another customer told her I dropped off 2 bags of laundry, that customers leave clothes on the counter (what?) and finally they would have had no way to know one bag was dry cleaning since I did not mark the bag or call to tell them. Essentially because I did not instruct them on how to do their job ruining a few thousand dollars worth of clothes is acceptable.
