They are so much easier, more convenient, and reliable then the local 'big box' stores. They are designed for those working in the trade, but are patient with the individual customer who may not be so knowledgeable.

I'm not a contractor, just a homeowner in search of 1 strange-looking bulb. Not exactly a big sale. However, they treated me like an important customer and told me where I WOULD be able to purchase just 1 (not a case) of this weird bulb. Great customer service! Thanks!

Maybe he don’t know or don’t understand but he is not supposed to say “what” his sounds very rude and I don’t want to go there

Horrible service. Owner curses at customers and speaks very rudely. All I did was ask a question about something my electrician sent me to pick up and the owner started screaming and told me to get the f$&$ out. Very unprofessional.

Be aware of Start & Son Electrical Supply Company when you visit this store. The young guy behind the counter is a very friendly and helpful person but the older guy with glasses (probably the owner) is the must arrogant and offensive attitude that ever encounter, I finally got it enough of his attitude and bad disposition , save you self of having a bad moment if you visit this store, ask to be served by another vendor or visit another business . at the end you won't experience a bad disposition or degradation from this individual , he act like a madman of life, a real wretch.

Horrible service and the older man working there should be driving a bread truck..has no clue what he’s talking about and is very nasty..went to another store and got what I needed and walked out in 5 minutes…
