Called them for a service, but when the technician didn't show up after a 5-hour window, I had to call again just to find out if they'd come at all. When I did, they told me there was a delay and I'd have to wait until the next day instead. Later, they said I might not get my money back for two to five business days - no warning beforehand. The dispatcher on the phone was rude and loud. They completely failed to manage expectations from start to finish, making it clear they're not worth recommending.
