Called in an emergency and Pete arrived promptly. He discovered I needed a new kitchen faucet, selected one, and headed to Home Depot to get it. I hired Centre plumbing and heating to address a water company-related issue at my house, but they ended up causing more problems. When the technician left, I found that the guest bathroom sink was constantly dripping, the shower knob wasn't working properly, and there was no hot water available in the shower. The kitchen sink pressure was also extremely low.

They returned yesterday to fix these issues, but unfortunately, I wasn't present to test their work. Upon my return, I discovered that nothing had been fixed. I called them today to request they address these problems, which weren't there before. However, when I spoke with the technician, his partner answered and told me they wouldn't help. The technician was not only uncooperative but also rude and arrogant, hanging up on me.

What's even more concerning is that he seemed unconcerned about the damage he'd caused. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, he came across as dismissive and insulting. His behavior suggested a lack of professionalism and competence in fixing issues. I would strongly advise against using this company due to their lack of accountability when things go wrong.
