This guy is the best in the business, there's no job he can't handle, and he has a man of his word. He came and fixed an issue, and guaranteed the work, the issue came up again, and rest assure he came out and took care of it as promised, VERY hard to find people that keep their word, we will definitely be using him again, and will give his number to everyone that needs it, Thank you

The best, most honest plumber I’ve ever worked with he came late at night to fix a burst copper pipe in the wall and stayed until the job was 100% finished. His prices were much less than any other plumber. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone looking for a professional job at an affordable price!

John was very quick and precise got the job done. Very professional too. Both me and my husband was very pleased with the service received.

The person name John Rodriguez was really good and Expert. We called the company and he came in 15 mins and cleaned everything after the job was done. PERFECT PERSON FOR THE JOB if I can give more than 5 Star.

This man is is efficient, he came on time and solved my problem efficiently. He charges reasonable price, if you want to skip unreasonable high prices from any company, call him, he will do the same work with reasonable price and you can save hell lot of money. He is very reliable .

My parents toilet clogged and it caused water to come up from the drains in the basement. I called sewer, drain & more and John picked up. Communication was seamless and I was able to book an appointment for early next morning at 7:30am. On the next day around 6:40am, I received a text message from him that he was on the way. He arrived early at 7:15am. Once he arrived, he used a camera to see inside the main drain. It was so dirty inside, that he couldn’t see anything. Therefore, he hydro-jetted the drain. After the hydro-jet, the drain was clean. He used the camera again to check if there was any other issues. No other issues found, except heavy grease build-up. Thank you John for fixing my parents drain issue. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

On Christmas Day, our sewer backed up. I frantically called Sewer Drain and More inc and they were at my house within twenty minutes. John was very kind and was able to unclog our sewer quickly so we were able to make our Christmas Day plans. Will definitely use again!

Jose Rodriguez and nelson came by to identify and resolve my basement sewage transfer pump. The boys came out on time identified the issue and replaced the pump with a very efficient and professional manner.when the were complete they told me about my warranty and guarantee and assured me that if anything goes wrong with pump while under warranty they will return to resolve it.

My toilet backed up at midnight on a Sunday. John was at my house in less than an hour. He was so professional and courteous. Having only one bathroom, we needed to find out what was wrong with our toilet! John tried snaking it but discovered the ejection pump was broken. He had the part on the truck and climbed into the wall at 1 am to take apart the old unit and install the new one! I couldn’t believe this man was fixing this in the middle of the night. When he was finished, he CLEANED up and was just so nice about the entire job.

Use Sewers, Drains, and More for your plumbing needs!!!! I have their magnet on my fridge now so I know who to call for any of my future plumbing needs.

Wonderful to find help on a Saturday night , after 11:30 PM called for clogged toilet & was happy to hear a plumber would be out to see me in 40 minutes ! & he'd text me when he arrived . He was Right on time , highly professional & discreet . Went about an analysis of the clog & then had the right tool out to do the job in minutes . When you have one bathroom and you have a clog , you know you need real help fast . I highly recommend them .

I was in desperate need of a plumber due to clogged drain in my bathroom. Took my chance and called this company; the person who answered the phone informed me he could have the plumber at my house in under 1hr and free estimate. Lucky me, the plumber did respond in said time frame. The plumber was courteous and even made a few suggestions to prevent future issues.
