I'm extremely dissatisfied with Everest HVAC Mechanical. When I needed my heating fan replaced, Eric was assigned to do the job. However, he installed the wrong part and didn't even bother to check before doing so. To make matters worse, it cost me $650 upfront.

Fast forward a year, and the faulty replacement is still not working. I called them to fix the issue, but they failed to send anyone out until 11 am, an hour after my scheduled appointment time. When I left for work, they didn't even bother to reschedule or call me again. Now Eric is refusing to repair the fan or send someone over, leaving me without heat when a winter storm is looming. Be extremely cautious - this company preys on people and will steal your hard-earned money.
