Prompt emergency service on a Saturday morning. Seized motor. Correct part ordered and installed within a couple of hours of calling. Very happy and would recommend!

I placed the call for service - the call was answered - a tech was assigned, showed up when scheduled, and the problem was fixed. The tech was friendly, courteous, and informative. That is service.

I'm 70 yrs. old, and I've done business with a lot of companies over the years. They were extremely courteous. They explained everything in detail; what they were going to do, and how. They went the extra mile, and provided extra services and no extra cost. They had to do more work than they thought, but stuck to their original quote. Quality materials, quality people. Also for those of you are reading this, they could put the fish sign under their name. So...they really should get 6 stars.

On-time, spent plenty of time diagnosing the problem, and was able to fix all of my problems from a water main break. Great service!!

It was a great experience to work with "Just Right Heating and Cooling!" They recently installed an AC at my home. They are professional and punctual. Most importantly they rightly identified the problem of my existing system and find the solution to make sure the heating and cooling works smoothly. That was amazing. I highly recommend them.

He just happened to be in our neighborhood helping a neighbor when I found out my 89-year-old mother’s A/C had stopped working. As he was driving by, I flagged him down and explained the situation. Without hesitation, Joel asked for her address and went straight there.

He had her unit up and running in no time! In this heat, it would’ve been miserable for her—so saying he “saved the day” is truly an understatement. 🧊☀️

Highly recommend. Had new furnace/AC and hot water heater installed at a reasonable cost. Crew was great- explained everything well, cleaned up before they left. Great company to work with.

The HVAC tech was great, polite, and punctual. He was clear and concise and explained what he was doing and why. Didn’t give me the runaround or try to sell me something I didn’t need. I would absolutely recommend Just Right to anyone in the Western New York area! Go Bills!

We needed a furnace replacement. Just Right Heating & Cooling came out quickly and gave us a great price. The installation team came out within 2 days, they were excellent, professional and left our house clean just as they found it. I would highly recommend Joel and his team at Just Right.

So I called Just Right H & C on Jan 2, 2025 to come and replace what I thought was a defective control panel. Joel answered the phone and gave me a price and time that he would have someone come to fix it.
True to his word Mike and Adam arrived at 1200.
Mike and Adam looked it over and found the problem almost immediately (Did not need control panel), but rather I had a fuse missing that I never knew was there.
They got the furnace running in no time and did a Tune up on both furnaces as requested.
I worked in this industry for many years back in the 80s & 90s and I can honestly say these guys are good.
Great customer service and professional.
First time using them, but will certainly keep their number on my speed dial.

May 16, 2025 - Called Just Right again to came take a look at Central AC which was not working. Joel answered and said they could come over that night but I could not be there. Asked if he could come the next day and was there as he said, Joel and his crew have Great customer service and their skills are worth every penny spent. If you need your heat or AC worked on, give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

So accommodating, friendly, reliable, prompt and good communication. Excellent job. Took care of the rebate for us. Can’t say enough.

Joel and Mike deserve an award for the work they had done for us. Installed our a/c after buying a house with a relatively new furnace at one of the best prices around. As new homeowners, they helped to educated us about the system and maintenance. Additionally, they have helped us navigate the furnace board dying recently and Joel has presented multiple options and showed patience as we made a decision between repair or replace. Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs!!
