    Highly-skilled, trustworthy and overall excellent people. Bill (otherwise known as "Young Bill"...for now ; ) ) is a particularly wonderful human being. He's saved our bacon on a number of occasions, going well above-and-beyond expectations to make sure that my home and our family are safe and comfortable. Shout out to Doug (who my daughter calls "Doug Doug") as well. Can't recommend highly enough!
