Had a backup with downstairs bathroom and laundry sink. Joe N. arrived on time and was professional and polite, thorough with his diagnosis and kept everything clean and organized while he worked. Talked me through the inspection and issue and fixed us right up. Won't hesitate to use Reimer again.

Our technician, Derrick, was a real professional! He spent time diagnosing the problem with our furnace. He had to climb through the crawl space under our house to unclog a drain down there!! He is a brave man! Derrick was polite and courteous, got our heat back on! I will be sticking with Reimer for my heating and cooling needs and services!

Our furnace unexpectedly starting leaking water last night when the AC was turned on. I called to get an appt right at 8am today and the problem was fixed and the tech was out the door by 11am.
Chris R. was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem quickly and made sure everything else was working smoothly too.

Prompt service & my go to for all furnace & air conditioner needs. Appreciate all work done with David today for annual services for my furnaces. With no basement I have 2 air conditioners outside and 2 furnaces in my home. The furnaces are located in attic. I appreciate the informative visit to keep units running smoothly. I give David 5 stars!

I called Reimer to have a tankless water system put in my house. Mark Vanderkooi was the tech who came out for the install. From the initial call to the office to the completion of the work done at my house, I could not be more pleased with the out come of the job. Mark explained everything to me prior to the setup and walked me through the way the unit works. I highly recommend Reimer. Thank you Mark!

Reimer was my grandfather’s company of choice, and when I bought my grandparent’s house, I’ve been happily using their services for about 10 years.

They aren’t the cheapest, but they are the best: every bit of work they’ve done has been excellent.

The equipment finally gave out, and I had my boiler, hot water heater, and sump pump replaced. Continued customer support has been great.

We had a great experience with David Posenjak who did routine maintenance on our furnace plus installed a UV light purifier. He did the work competently and cleaned up nicely. Plus he is very personable.

Scott was here today, for my annual inspection of my heating equipment. As always his service was professional and courteous! He makes sure that my heating equipment is working as efficiently and safely as possible! REIMER IS NUMBER ONE IN MY BOOK! I RECOMMEND SCOTT FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS HONESTY!

Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. Offered different options in order to take care of future problems that may occur. Super reliable when you are in a jam. Would definitely use them again.

Very happy with services. Came out fast when I called. Gave a great estimate and had work done in a timely matter.. cody showed me all the brand new water shutoff valves that where installed and how to use them. Will definitely use again in the future. Very happy.

My husband and I wish to share how happy we were this week with the plumbing services we received Monday. We had quite a extensive leak under our kitchen sink discovered Sunday evening and immediately called a plumbing company. After reading some reviews, our choice went to Reimer. The appointment was immediately schduled for Monday morning. The customer service rep who answered the call was very polite and reassuring. We were contacted as promised prior to arrival. The technician Jamison with his apprentice assistant came to our home with company uniforms on and identifiable truck which is quite important. They wore shoes covers and got to work. They immediately identified the issue, provided a quote for a new insink erator (disposal) which, unfortunately, had damage and reached the end of its life! He replaced it with a new one, tried it out, shared some maintenance tips, and left everything under the sink area cleaned. Jamison was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to ask questions and talk to without sounding condescending or rushing through the whole visit despite having a busy schedule. We felt valued as new customers and respected. His assistant (sorry, forgot the name) was so good, professional, and attentive as well. He prepared to give his input, exuded confidence, showing he knew his work and was a good listener and learner! Both Jamison and his assitant were curteous, professional, showing that they enjoyed and loved their job! The office staff with whom I spoke the most, Priscilla, was polite every time I contacted the office; never came across annoyed but sent what we needed immediately, and even called back informing me that the documentation had been emailed. Attention to detail and a nice personal touch. Also Jamison responded right away to my text (we had been ignored by other companies before and we had become used to it.) All and all, hiring Reimer was a positive experience and we plan to schedule another appointment for inspection. We signed up for their program as well to try it out. Jamison discussed the work they do and what their program entails. We confidently recommend Reimer Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to others. :)

Had a plumbing issue and was able to get Bill from the Albany office to our house quickly. Found him super professional, very knowledgeable and was grateful for all his advise and the options he gave us. David and Kyle were great on the job and I would recommend them to everyone.

I called Reimer looking to have my heating and air conditioning regulated between the upstairs and downstairs in my home. I spoke with Brett about having someone come take a look at the issue, and within 4 hours Greg showed up. Greg was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining how my system works and what it is capable of. He spent an hour at my home looking over the furnace and duct work seeking the cheapest and most reliable options in solving this issue. I would highly recommend Reimers quick assistance and customer service, and give Greg 5 stars for his communication, honesty, and professionalism.

Robert & Adam were here by 8:15 a.m. They worked hard to put in our new furnace. Later Cody came in to install our new boiler. They were here until the afternoon. They were attentive to any questions I had & were all 3 very personable/polite. A long day but a job well done. I would still like information about any rebates though?

We just had our furnace and water heater replaced by Reimer and could not be happier! We had them look at our furnace Wednesday where they discovered a critical fault and were able to install a new unit Friday morning. The new trane unit seems to be running just fine so far as well as the new water heater. Chad, Josh, and Jamison all worked like mules and were in and out in a few hours. Reimer management needs to give them a raise and Christmas bonus! ( not a jelly of the month club subscription) Losing heat this time of year is very distressing given the risk of pipes freezing so we are extremely grateful for how quick they responded to our issue. Lastly, the price for what we got I felt was very affordable given how fast the prices of everything has gone up in recent years. I will definitely be doing business with this company again. Our furnace was making some loud noises so we called Excellent Air, we've used them for years and found out Reimer had bought them out. We didn't know anything about Reimer living in Rochester, so we hoped for the best. Communication was great from initial call to keeping us informed about technician's arrival! Chris Sposito arrived and couldn't have been nicer; explained everything and was very professional. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Despite the snowy weather and slippery roads, Kyle and Mark arrived right on time with our new boiler and set to work. Here by mid-morning, done by mid-afternoon. They were happy to explain the boiler's various components and were patient with my questions. Great guys, great workers, worthwhile experience. Thanks so much.

Water heater sprung a big leak. Discovered that in the morning. Reimer had Dan come out and he had a replacement water heater installed and working by dinner time. Great service.

From the first time I called I knew I had the right place ,Mike McQueen was our tech ,he fixed the problem that was not a problem and is extremely knowledgeable I would call them again!!

Thank you Chris for showing up at our house, same day as we called. Chris replaced an aging circulating pump on the boiler that services our 2nd floor apartment. He had the correct part on his truck and so quickly installed the new pump. But then spent the next 2 hours purging air out of the entire system to make sure all the upstairs rooms were getting heat. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the system and put it back into a great working condition. Many thanks to Chris for his knowledge and expertise.
