Great experience! Joe came out for an estimate within 2 days of me calling him. He was polite and courteous and very knowledgeable Had a quote by the end of that day (which is unheard of :). Once we approved the estimate, installation was scheduled for one week later. Brien and team arrived on time, professional, left no mess at all and installed our new oil furnace and central ac in one day with no interruptions to our day. After installation, he walked us through everything that was done and even provided the necessary steps for warranty information. Highly, highly recommend.

The Maselli team is the best. They've done a ton of work at my house from replacing my central AC system, to repairing my heating system and annual maintenance on both. Highly recommend them.

Steevens did an excellent job explaining the problems and then fixing them. Replaced solenoid on humidifier. Replace zone damper for 1Fl bedroom zone. Replace uv light bulb on basement unit

Mike was efficient, friendly and professional as usual. My heating system had condensation accumulated which was preventing my heat to come on. In unlearn hour, Mike drained it and also performed a routine maintenance and gave me a clear explanation and other useful advice on how to avoid this in the future.

All around excellent experience. From start to finish, this company was reliable, efficient, and professional. After being without air conditioning for two months while waiting on an estimate from another company, we were incredibly relieved to find them.

We had a new AC unit installed and Maselli provided a prompt estimate, communicated clearly, and explained everything thoroughly. They answered my many questions with respect and patience. The installation team led by Brien treated our home with care, worked quickly and carefully, and kept everything clean. They took the time after the installation to check that everything was running smoothly and to show us how the unit worked.

The night after the install, we experienced a power outage and initially thought it might be an issue with the new unit. Even though it turned out to be unrelated, they sent someone out right away—by 8 a.m.—to check on it. That level of responsiveness and dedication really stood out. 100% would and will use again.

Stevens the technician was punctual, very polite and patient with my questions and concerns. He took his time to do the service and confirmed with me multiple times as everything was done.

Simply STELLAR service! Alex was on time and professional and he worked with confidence. He took the time to walk me through everything and cleaned up the bits and pieces. I'll definitely recommend Maselli HVAC to family and friends!!!

Steven, the technician was knowledgeable, efficient and clean. He explained to me how to work my new appliances and was very professional.

Excellent, My boiler went out 1st week of February, I called Maselli Contracting in the morning, They diagnosed the problem & had new boiler insalled by the end of the day. Joe, Brien & crew are Great !!!

Michael did a great job and explained each step he was checking pointing out what was good and what might need observation in the future. Extremely glad we called them. Very happy with the quality of their service.

Stevens, our tech, was very thorough in checking our 2 heating units, making sure everything was running properly and safely. He reviewed with us the proper MERV rating for the filters to get maximum furnace performance. Very courteous, too!

Honest assessments, and quality work at a fair price. Fixed my issues precisely instead of recommending a bunch of expensive replacements I didn’t need like other well-known HVAC contractors in Westchester. Will not use anyone else in the future.

We've worked with Maselli HVAC for a few times now. Everyone that works there has been incredibly professional and great. They show up when they say they would and they are also really responsive in general.

The last tech that they sent out, Steeven,was really patient and detailed oriented. We had a problem with the thermostat resetting itself often. Steeven took the time to explain what might have happened and explained how we can mitigate it from happening again.

I also really appreciate their honesty. Steeven noticed that the condensate pump was older without a neutralizer and pointed out that it probably needs to be replaced eventually but was not pushy about it.

Definitely going to be the HVAC company we use going forward.

Always on time, picture of who will be coming with ETA, Identify problem if any, with no unnecessary extra work. They have done extensive work in the past when no other plumber could figure it out and they follow up. I would highly recommend calling them first.
