John came right on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and fixed the ice maker in about 1/2 hour. I would definitely use him again. He's polite and courteous.

I just wish that I can give them 10 stars...I still cannot believe how great, professional and friendly Jason and his partner are. They told me step by step what they were doing. They came to my house they fixed my washing machine in less than an hour. They are clean and super professional.....I highly recommend them.

Although my washer was so messed up because I washed a heavy rug in it, John at Reliable came back to my house four times to get it working perfectly after replacing the damaged pump. Calls are answered promptly and they show up when they say they will. I am very pleased.

My 10 year old Samsung dryer stopped working. I made an appointment with reliable. They were kind and interested right from the start.
The technician, Michael showed up on time. He explained everything in good detail. Efficient and Clean.

Water had been collecting in and below the crisper bins of my Samsung refrigerator for months. Samsung fridges have a design flaw that causes this. I called Reliable Appliance Repair of Nassau County for assistance. John and his partner showed up the next day, on time, understood and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. They were communicative, capable, and honest. They were also a bit expensive, not exorbitant, but about $75 more than I’d wanted to pay; but, it can be argued you get what you pay for. Excellent company, I’d call them again if f I needed to.

John from Reliable Appliance repaired my oven. He zeroed in on the problem right away. He made recommendations to keep the stove top and oven working properly. We were very happy with the service. The office was very responsive and accommodating. I recommend this company.

I wrote this review 3 years ago > My refrigerator conked out on me over the weekend, so I searched google and found Reliable. I called and spoke to a representative, but technicians were limited do to the weekend and it was late afternoon that I placed the call. I scheduled an early morning appt for Monday...9/25 and was told the technician would arrive between 7-8 am, the technician John arrived around 7:30 and got right to work on repairing my fridge....he told me exactly what the problem was, how the refrigerator operates and how I should pack my freezer to maintain cold airflow to the fridge. I ended up needing a new motor installed..The repair was done by 8:30. All I have to say is... this company chose the right name for their business...they are reliable and professional.

9/21... My initial experience was great...2nd time around...not so much. My fridge conked out on me again... John the technician said it was the motor once again...it cost me over $350. It operated for about a week and conked out again...when he returned to troubleshoot...he became disrespectful when I tried to explain something to him, and told me to stop talking... needless to say he changed his tune real quick, and tried to apologize when I shut him down and told him talking to me like that won't be tolerated in any way, shape or form...especially in my house! No sir...this man definitely had it twisted. I basically told him his services are no longer needed, and he issued me a refund..that he said would be sent out in the mail. I ended up having to call to get that refund, after waiting for it for 2 weeks...which is unacceptable! The same way this company expects payment at the time of service..is the same way they should deal with refunds. If you're considering using this company...be wary. I think he's a scammer...especially in the midst of the Pandemic. People just want a paycheck.
