Wind Service came to fix my washing machine through Maytag. The entire process through them was AA++. When setting up appointments, people were courteous and polite. The tech that fixed the issue, named Andrew, was on time, polite, and explained the issue thoroughly. He had to come back the following week for an ordered part. He fixed the issue in no time. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Would definitely recommend them.

Ignore my golf game name: “tony stark”. I don’t know how to switch profiles. What I do know is that I DID just have Dave from Wind Service Inc., in my home repairing a kitchen aid dishwasher.

He was outstanding! Courteous and kind, an absolute pleasure to have in our home. Furthermore he was early 👍, extremely knowledgeable 👍, and left me quite confident that the issue was resolved. Thank you again Dave! I just might break something else to have you over again! Stay well.

We had our kitchen remodeled over 4½ years ago using Kitchen Aid appliances, and several needed repairs were conducted over that timeframe using Wind Service. They’re a good and responsive company and in all cases successfully repaired our appliances. Octavio is one of their best technicians who we have had in the past, and he was able to get our refrigerator up and running cool again after a more recent diagnoses refrigerant leak problem that needed prompt attention. He was both professional and knowledgeable while explaining exactly what happened, and has always planned well for a follow-up visit to order and install replacement parts when needed at our convenience. Any appliance failure is an unplanned experience, but thankfully we have been fortunate to have gotten prompt assistance through Wind Service and their quality technicians like Octavio.

David from Wind Service came to the house 3 days after my call, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, returned, and installed the parts... our dishwasher was fixed within a week. He was very courteous and pleasant. I wish we had called Wind Service first!

Came to fix refrigerator lights. They called multiple times to make sure they have correct parts. Came on time, did the job perfectly and left everything clean. Very customer oriented service and correct charges. Will be looking forward to using them in future.

Our serviceman Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed what was wrong, place the order for the new part and scheduled a return date within a week to complete my repair. Very nice gentleman, will be glad to have him back to finish up.

Our barely 3-year-old refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling the refrigerator; the (bottom) freezer still worked fine. Sadly, we didn't have an extended warranty, but we didn't know if the issue still fell under the factory warranty, so we called Kitchenaid and it referred us to Wind as our closest authorized factory service center (and made the appointment for us). The Wind service person came as scheduled (and was masked, which we appreciated) and, sadly, informed us that while the sealed cooling system was under warranty, the problem was a failed blower fan that was *not* under warranty. Also, unfortunately, the part had to be ordered, and would not be available for installation until just after Thanksgiving. We made a follow-up appointment with the service person, and were quoted a price for the repair.

Today was the date of the scheduled repair. This morning, we got a call from Wind letting us know what time the rep would arrive; he came near the beginning of the promised window. He came in to the house, quickly replaced the faulty fan, got the refrigerator working again, and left. We paid what we'd been promised we'd have to pay.

Responsive service provider, responsible and efficient service person, got the part and installed it on the promised date, no hidden charges. Couldn't have asked for more (other than a refrigerator fan that didn't fail!).

We would highly recommend Wind Service! Unfortunately, we had two small, but noticeable, dents in the freezer door of our new Kitchen Aid French Door refrigerator. After calling Kitchen Aid, we were put in touch with Wind Service. They contacted us and requested pictures of the damaged door to be sent by email. The next day they called, saying that a new replacement door was being ordered for us, however it would take 6-8 weeks to receive and install. We were not happy upon hearing that, however we were prepared for the wait. To our surprise the next day, we received a call from them saying that they had a service cancellation, therefore a door like ours was going to become available and we were put on the schedule for installation 2 days later.The repairman came as scheduled and a half hour later, our door was replaced and our fridge looked good as new! We found all of the staff we dealt with to be courteous, professional, prompt and knowledgeable.Not sure what happened from reading some of the other reviews but there were no problems here at all, just kudos for great service and a great job. Only a positive experience from start to finish. Thank you, Wind Service!

Lynna was very nice on the phone and was able to schedule our service within 2 days. Cesar arrived when expected with the part he needed! He was pleasant, professional and worked efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide great information regarding appliances in general. We would highly recommend Wind Service for your service needs.

I found Wind Service to be very professional starting at the reception of your phone call and all the way to the quality of the service tech sent to do the repair. My service tech was Cesar and he really went above and beyond to make sure that my wall oven was repaired correctly.

I contracted with Donestic & General for kitchen Aid dishwasher coverage , Wind Service does the repair for them in my location. Everyone I have dealt with at Wind service from the woman who scheduled my appointments to the technician Neil and Dave have been wonderful. I unfortunately have a second issue with my dishwasher but I am confident it will be resolved when the new part comes in. Overall great experience with Wind Service , highly recommend based on my interactions so far.

Using Wind Service to fix my dishwasher was a terrific experience. Their technician Paul D. was punctual, pleasant and well trained. He diagnosed and repaired the issue at the time of the appointment. I would highly recommend using this company.

Wind Service especially technician David P was able to get to the solution of my built-in KitchenAid refrigerator failing to keep temperature. I have a10 year old Whirlpool Duet washer dryer set. Mid wash I wanted to pause and open door. It wouldn’t open. Whirlpool sent Gennaro from Wind Service. I arranged date. I received a call that day with time frame. arrived on time. Was very efficient. I asked a lot of questions. A part had to be ordered. It turned out to be the latch.He just left. Super quick .

David came out to take a look at our double wall oven, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism. With over 30 years of experience, he clearly knows his craft inside and out. He took his time carefully diagnosing the issue, ruling out every possible cause before suggesting any repairs. He wanted to be absolutely sure of the problem and made sure we didn’t waste money on unnecessary parts. David was kind, patient, and incredibly thorough — a true professional who genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend him to anyone who wants honest, top-quality service!

Paul, the technician, was wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient. He thoroughly checked the unit (even lifted it up and looked underneath the washing machine.) I am so glad that he investigated the unit, ran a cycle as I requested, and made suggestions as to how to prevent any future issues. Thank you, Paul, for your patience and reliable professionalism in servicing our washer. We hope you come back, should there be an issue again.

5 stars to Wind Service!! We used them this past week for a broken washing machine. The service tech, Caesar was on time for the appointment, polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. When I called to schedule the service, they were very nice on the phone also. Highly recommend this company in the future for all repair needs!
