I love this place. they do great electric work !!!

Could not ask for better service! Very happy with the bathroom fan install and our new front porch lights. Will be calling them next time I need electrical work done.

Our gas dryer broke recently and we decided to go electric. Unfortunately, the new electric dryer would not turn on. We had gone almost a week without laundry at this point and called three area electricians. Chris C. picked up and was here within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and identified a potentially hazardous situation in our basement wiring (AND FIXED IT TOO). Chris C.'s cheerful, neighborly professionalism made me confident that he was fixing the problem for good and his kindness means that I'll only be calling Parkway Electric from now on.

They made a very, very minor mistake 10 years ago at construction time that was not discovered until recently. When I brought the issue to Parkways attention, I was expecting to be told to "go pound sand" on any help with the repair. But, just the opposite happened. I was treated with a lot of respect and great customer service, as they did their part to make the repair in a timely fashion. Great to see a contractor stand behind their workmanship. Thank you again for stepping up! I would highly recommend Parkway Electric!

Dave has been a pleasure to work with during construction and planning phases of our new house build, his experience made the process a breeze. Dave's workmanship is top notch, neat and tidy wiring throughout the house. I highly recommend Parkway Electric, you won't be disappointed.

Office Manager is rude.

We are extremely disappointed with Parkway's service at our house. We built a new home with Ryan homes where Parkway was the electric contractor. In the last 8 years, we have seen numerous issues including, but not limited to, lose connectivity, non-functional sockets, plugs, and many more. I will not recommend Parkway Electric company for any kind of service to anyone.
