this is the only plumbing company i would recommend or use! i called a few years ago to get our old hot water heater replaced with a tankless system. the crew that handled the install did a great job, and two of the same plumbers, brayden and tracy, have come back the last couple of times for our yearly maintenance flushes. it's always nice to see familiar faces, and it says a lot about a company when they keep such a great team. just scheduled this year’s service through a quick text, and it still feels very personal. customer service here is always top-notch. from the first call, everyone was friendly and explained everything clearly. i'm really happy we got the recommendation from our neighbor back then. other companies i called didn’t compare!

update: some of my pipes had issues while i was out of town, so i turned off the water just to be safe. since i recently had new pex pipes installed, i wanted to make sure everything was still in good shape when i got back. even though frank was really busy, he took the time to come out and do a full inspection under the house, which really put my mind at ease. the customer service was outstanding! original post: i had some temporary fixes done after a big plumbing problem, but hadn’t gotten around to the full repiping my house needed. frank was truly impressive—very skilled, professional, and easy to communicate with. he clearly knows his stuff and works hard to get the job done right. i highly recommend evan & sons plumbers for anyone needing plumbing services in jamaica!
