I have an issue with the lights in my living room not really being what i want, and Kevin was super helpful. He showed me all kinds of options that I could go with as well as explained each in detail. He was very professional and kind and made me feel confident in my choice. I would stop by again

Today I needed some basement ceiling fixtures and the very friendly counter salesman directed me to Norm who is Shanor’s fixture expert. Norm could not have been more friendly, courteous and professional. He knew exactly what I needed for my project. What a pleasure it is to do business with a company that knows what customer service is all about. Incidentally Norm also helped me load the fixtures in my car!

I stopped in to the store on military and wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. The salesperson Kevin showed me a bunch of different options and helped me find exactly what I needed to complete the look I was going for in my den. Definitely will be going back thanks to his patience and knowledge.

Norm is always is so helpful and a pleasure to work with. He answers all of questions regarding all of the different types of light bulbs that I need for my jewelry store. They even deliver, which is very convenient for my busy work schedule. Whatever I have needed has always been in stock too!
