Chris did due diligence prior to just snaking and found a small clog that he worked out. Charged me 165 w tax instead of 465. Im happy. I also learned a few things.

Had to replace my water main and a faucet sink that was leaking they dug up my yard but they put it back together and cleaned up after themselves. Professional, timely and kind. If you need a plumber in the future and are around Lancaster this is the place to call.

Dean and Tim did an excellent job repairing a sewer line that was installed wrong by another company. The crew was very professional and they explained what was wrong and how it they would repair it. When completed you couldn’t tell that they dug up and repaired the line, everything look the way it was before the repair. Would hire again.

Backed up sewer line. They came right away, figured it out and replaced our sewer line the next day. Price was reasonable and they even pulled out the root balls from my front lawn garden and kept my “good” soil separate from the clay. Workers were polite and great to work with.

My house sewer line backed up in a big rain storm causing massive flooding in my basement. Brandon came out that night to set up pumps and diagnosed the problem. The next day they were back to my house and replaced the whole line. It was a big job cause the line was 15ft deep but they finished in 1 day and I haven't had a flooding problem since. I highly recommend these guys for any of your plumbing needs.

Had an issue with the well at my house to add insult to injury it's an old house with no idea where the well was. Called superior up on a whim after calling numerous well drilling companies and plumbers no one called me back or flat out didn't want to do it. They said locating a well might be a shot in the dark but they would schedule it. 20 minutes later they called up asked if today was a good day and showed up within the hour. Angel was extremely personable and professional. Rate to locate the well was great know what all was involved. Locating took about an an hour he found it flagged it on his way. Well worth the $. Great company very happy.

I called Superior Plumbing the day before New Year's Eve to request repair of a backed up sewer main. I had a crew on site within and hour to investigate the cause of the problem. Once the problem was identified the crew developed a work plan and scheduled the excavation and repair for the following day (New Year's Eve). The crew performed their task neatly, efficiently and within a budget fitting for the size of the job.

We needed quick professional help on Sunday for our backed up shower drain and they did the job. They were great at explaining everything and answered all my questions. The dispatcher was helpful and we were thankful for the excellent job with having three girls needing our shower. I would definitely contact them the next time when needed.

I discovered a leak underneath my bathroom and called Superior. They arrived in under an hour, diagnosed the problem, and had it all fixed in less than 24 hrs when the permanent fix required that they come back early the next day. Quick, courteous, professional. Chris was friendly and informative throughout. Wow! Highly recommend if you want it done quickly and right.

They called me right away and had someone out within an hour for a free estimate. That was on a Monday and by Wednesday the job was done!! They put in a whole new sump pump system from basement, through house and out to street. They arrived promptly at 8am and was done by 1:00pm, same day. Polite, knowledgeable, extremely focused and very hard working!!!!! I of course was watching out the window and I could not believe the amazing work ethic (which seems to be harder to come by these days)!!! First impression of their job is very positive!!
