Excellent service by Mike from WNY Plumbing. We had a leak in the ceiling below a bathroom. He worked hard to detect the leak and to minimize invasion into our walls and cabinets. Eventually it was a pipe issue in a wall. He consulted with me at every step of the process. He also provided some tips on cleaning up the mold that resulted from the leak and other affordable contractors for the wall repair. He expertly handled replacing the piping as well.

I have been a customer for 5 years. WNY Plumbing did all the plumbing for my new house. They did great work. This is the only plumbing company that I call and I just want Mike for service. Mike is professional, talented, and explains things so I understand how to avoid future problems. He is outstanding. The best service person that I have ever had period. Call WNY Plumbing and ask for Mike for outstanding service.

I moved to this town from Brooklyn about a year a go. I used to live in a condominium apartment. Now I live in a house and suddenly there is no hot water, I didn’t know what to do. I called Western New York Plumbing and Mike came quickly, after solving the problem, Mike explained why there is no hot water and he showed me what to do next time. I was so thankful.

Mike from WNY Plumbing was great. He called to let us know he was on his way and was right on time for our scheduled appointments. He was cordial, pleasant and very knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will recommend WNY Plumbing in the future.

WNY Plumbing was the contractor used by our home builder a few years ago. WNY Plumbing has continued to provide excellent customer service since then. Most recently, Mike installed hot water outdoor faucets to my home and neighbor’s home. We added them for the resurfacing our pond for the kids to play hockey on through the winter. Mike has done a few other installs for us and been very accommodating with great interactions. Mike also takes the time to answer any questions and ensures that you have a full understanding of services provided along with the associated costs. After installation was completed, I have asked Mike and the WNY Plumbing to send a proposal for roughing plumbing for a full basement bathroom. After the years of quality service and the continuity of mostly dealing with Mike, we are confident that they will do a fantastic job with the new bathroom.

Pat was here within an hour of my call. Very efficient, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Western New York Plumbing to anyone - it was a great experience.

We have been using WNY Plumbing since building our home in 2012 and have had nothing but excellence from their services. Mike is beyond helpful, professional and kind. We also appreciate how respectful and clean Mike leaves things when doing repairs. He always explains the issues and shows me, to help us maintain things. Mike came to our newly built home to check out the water pressure. He took the time to check the outside faucets as well as the inside explaining everything along the way. He showed us our options with a booster along with the sump backup option. He was knowledgeable and friendly and easy to talk with which was very much appreciated as I am not well versed in plumbing.

Pat at WNY Plumbing did a great job with replacing our new submersible pump. We have used them for all our plumbing needs over the years and they never disappoint. We called them late morning and they were here mid afternoon, now we are all set. Thank you!
