I have used Colonial Construction in Levittown for all my needs for the past 20 years. They return calls, answer questions, keep u updated. They have remodeled my master bedroom n bathroom, kitchen update then years later complete kitchen remodel, finished basement from floor to ceiling, windows and doors. Outside-roof, gutters, portico, pavers, columns, driveway. I have heard so many night mares from others so I wouldn’t use anyone else. My friends have started using them too.

I used Colonial for a large renovation job in my home. Gutted Kitchen, gutted master bath, take down walls, upgrade electrical and install windows. Everything was done well. If we needed any follow up work, they responded quickly and professionally.

Mike and John and the rest of the crew are extremely talented in what they do. Their quality of work you can not find anymore. They are honest and up front about everything. Any questions big or small they answered with great detail and made sure I understood. Gave us plenty of options . Anyone that Colonial sent to our ex. Mason , electrician, plumber etc…were respectful clean and did quality work.

Last year I had a flood in my condo from a unit above me and needed to renovate a few rooms and flooring that I wasn't planning on doing. I was recommended to Colonial Construction, and they absolutely DIDN'T disappoint! They did great work, showed up on time, were amazing to have in my home at a difficult time. They helped me coordinate everything, and came back until every last thing was done! I highly recommend!

Colonial replaced 17 windows in our house. The Marvin windows are high quality and the installation was way better than anyone else is offering. They do things that most companies don’t even care about or think of doing. Attention to detail, above average workmanship, ensuring complete satisfaction and very nice employees sets them apart from all. Very satisfied.

After a long search we selected Colonial Construction Co Inc to renovate our kitchen and dinning room. Both Mike and his partner John proved to be very professional and responsive during the entire scope of the project. The kitchen and dinning room came out amazing and it was completed on time and within budget.

Over the last 4 years, we have hired Colonial Construction for our kitchen remodel (gut renovation), bathroom remodels (also gut renovations) and roof repair. Colonial Construction handled a big exterior renovation for me, including replacing windows, stucco/wood repair and painting, and replacing and extending my patio. They also remodeled an existing bathroom and small kitchen/pantry. Mike and John are excellent to work with. They and their team, including their subcontractors, are responsive, on time, and clean. They set expectations and hold to their promises and the billing is efficient, easy to understand, and lines up exactly with the proposals. They accomodate changes reasonably - they will bill you for change orders but don't nickel and dime you. They are absolutely fantastic to work with. I've had three big jobs on this house and of the three contractors I've used, Colonial is the one I'd call back and rehire in an instant. Highly, highly recommend.

We contracted Colonial in the winter of '21 and they began work in June of'21. Bottom line - their cost and timing estimates were pretty much spot on. Of course, working on an old house, there were some surprises with plumbing and electric that could not have been predicted. Mike, John and Eli. we very communicative and timely with anything that came up. All the services they brought in - plumbing, electric and tile were excellent, professional and great to work with. In the end, we have a beautiful new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms. They handled the project well from end to end and with a craftsman touch. We are so happy and I would recommend them for any work.

Colonial Construction Co., Inc. is not kidding when they say "Yesterday's Quality Today." First job, a complete kitchen renovation and second job, exterior sliding door, window and siding replacement all done w/ great results and a pleasure along the way. Colonial Construction was always on time to begin and to finish, and subs were all excellent. They are problem solvers, so any glitches (as in any major construction event) were attended to perfectly. Plus, they are all so nice ! Thank you Colonial, and especially Thanks Mike, John and Eli.

Colonial Construction has been my go to contractor for nearly 30 years. They’ve done projects for us from major additions & renovations to small/medium repairs and everything in between. What makes them most unique in this business is their honestly and integrity. They give you a real price and stick to it. They don’t gouge you and they’re not trying to get rich off you. Their quality is second to none and they are professionals at what they do. When they’ve done projects with us, their input and recommendations were invaluable. They see things the architects didn’t think of and when you’re doing a project, that’s exactly what you need.
