Chapman Heating and cooling had the best price on comparable mini split equipment. They installed 2 units for us. I was surprised how neat, clean and efficient they worked. Gary and the techs explained everything to us. We will definitely spread the word about them!

Representative came to me for a preventive maintenance of a seasonal check. First person and Company I've ever work with that was truly honest and I felt comfortable with them. Will definitely use them again!

Chapman's replaced my boiler system with a forced air furnace and ran the duct work. They were fast informative and professional. Champmans did everything they said and we had one issue that was resolved in 24 hours after contacting them. I highly recommend Champmans.

On January 17,are furnace stopped blowing warm air.We called Chapman's heating and cooling at 630am.On the first real cold day of the year.Within 5 minutes Gary called us back.He was very proffesional and polite.We arranged an appointment for 330 pm for later that day.Because we were calling from Roswell park.My husband was starting his first day of chemotherapy. The doctors told us that my husband would be very sensitive to the cold.And would suffer very severe consequences. When Gary was through with our furnace. He refused any form of payment. The only charge was for me to get better.Thank you Gary!!!!!

The service technician (Mitch)was on time and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my wife and my questions. He went above and beyond by using his gas leak detector to see if we had any issues in our laundry room. We definitely will be calling them for any future heating and cooling issues. Highly recommend them.

Gary and his people are amazing. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Not only did they come to my rescue when my furnace wouldn't stay running but they also explained my unit to me. Highly recommended!!

Chapmans removed old in wall ac unit and installed new unit. They completed trimming out and all done in a very professional manner!! We were 100 percent satisfied with the quality of the work done!! I would gladly recommend them for any ac work you are in need of.
