Kent worked long & hard to relieve the sewage issues at our home & neighbors. He really cares about his customers!

He came at the end of his day to fix my sink. He not only fixed it but fixed it fast. Such a great plumber. My sink has never drained this fast!

We had a plumbing emergency on a holiday weekend--Kent was here and had it fixed within an hour! He also fixed a toilet and bath tub spout while he was here. Highly recommend!

Had boiler installed. Never removed old boiler but promised he would "come back" for it. Still in my basement after a year. Hired again for water heater. Called numerous times because water heater leaking. Got a hold of him once and let him know. Never came out. Water bill tripled. Called office numerous times. Phone just rings and rings. Will be letting BBB know. Paid good money for these services.
