We had an initial visit on a Monday to assess a broken unit in our ceiling closet. The technician explained that to fix it, we'd need to remove all shelving and clothes from the area before they came back. We did as instructed, and JT&T returned on Friday.

However, when they arrived, their demeanor shifted dramatically. Instead of completing a relatively straightforward repair in place, they required us to take out the entire ceiling panel system to access the unit. This was a significant change from our initial assessment.

After two service calls, we were left with no resolution and a huge time investment - hours of our lives spent moving clothes and shelving around our closet. While I could tolerate the lack of expertise if it hadn't cost me so much time. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend using their services again.
